I also asked if I could have the center cut of the ribs. I was told no, they don't do that. I hate when you order a half rack of ribs and you basically get 3 edible ribs out of the 6. We all know how the ends are usually burnt and not very good. For an appetizer we ordered a corn bread. It used to be served in a pan. It's now served as 4 mini cornbreads. I actually prefer the cornbread this way. The taste was the same, still delicious. Also, if you don't finish them you can take it home and it's a mini cornbread for later. When my food arrived I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was delicious and the ribs were so tender and falling off the bone. The pulled pork was yummy too as was the sides.
