Chicken was tasty, quick service for the time of day (6pm) as busy as they were. From my view the restaurant seemed clean, the workers were at their stations very busy and attentive. read more

Depressing. No seasoning, forgot the ranch & when I called they wanted me to drive 20 min each way to get the ranch with no refund, no comp, no nothing. The "manager" told me SHE actually seasoned this order. read more

Open late! Got this on the fly and the person at the register was very polite even though it was close to closing time. We got the lemon pepper and the hot honey. Both fresh and delicious. Big portion of fries too. Thank you!! read more

I like Wingstop... and I figured out that the problem I had earlier was one of the managers... who messed up a previous order. So I just make sure that I order when she is not there. That way I get what I ordered... lol. Hot and delicious! read more

Wingstop - Where the magic happens! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Tampa, Florida

So let me first start off by saying that I usually have pretty good service at this location but tonight was a different experience. I placed my order at 8:15pm(email on picture) and they said it would be over 45mins which is a lot longer than my past orders that averaged a wait time of 15-20 mins. I left a little after 9 since It is only about a 7 min drive from my home. So when I walked in a girl named Imani asked for my name and if I had an online order. i replied with my name and confirmation and to my surprise my food was already done. So like I normally do i check everything to make sure that it is hot and that I'm not missing anything. I noticed that my food was cold, so I politely asked her how long my food had been sitting there and she stated about 20 mins. I told her that I was confused because it said it would be 45mins and if I would have known it was done I would have been there sooner ( the company does not send email confirmations once your food is done. You just have to "wing it" literally. I requested to have my food remade and she did not hesitate to correct the issue. She told me they would drop the wings and it would be approx 13mins and I told her it was fine and I didn't mind waiting. I did not get home until 10pm. The ambiance is your standard wing shop. They have a lot of young ppl that work there but they all seemed to be working efficiently and cleaning in between. It wasn't busy when I got there but as time started to pass business started to pick up. I ended up waiting longer than 13mins on top of the 45 I had already waited. The gentleman that was in the back fixing my order(he is usually always there when I go in) kept asking me what all I had in my order because he didn't have the ticket. He first brought my wings without a bag and then finally brought the rest of my meal. When I got home(again only a 7 min drive) I took my food out and my corn was cold and unseasoned which is not what my order was and that really disappointed me because I waited all that additional time and my order still wasn't right. I decided to call up there because atp this was just unacceptable. Luckily Imani picked up the phone and she remembered me. I explained my frustrations and she was very empathetic to the situation and apologized for that happening. She offered to put my name in a book/log so that my next meal would be free which I appreciated. All in all I will be visiting this location again, but My feedback for this location would be to send confirmation when meals are ready for pick up, and to not half step when correcting an order. The GM should be in store working, and if not they should be checking in on the team and make sure they are fully supported on busier nights. read more

Service is so slow. Also, There was an employee with long dreadlocks that was playing with her hair and then working with food without washing her hands first. I would think that's a health code violation. This is the first time trying Wingstop and the last. By the way the food was mediocre. You can find better options. read more

Haven't been to wing house in years. My niece had seen the hype on tik tok and wanted to try. The two stars I gave were mostly for the service, though slow they were all very nice. Not there fault they had so many orders. The chicken was ok. Found it bland if naked or the sauces overpowered if sauced. The fries were limp though fresh. With all these other new chicken places opening just feel wing stop is flat. read more

Horrible customer service experience Didn't receive my order from the app. 10 minutes after I arrived and said I was waiting for my order, employees were eating on break. I asked for my order. Br*** said she didn't see it and couldn't refund my order, (which I requested). She said I had to call corporate - it's Saturday at 3:00pm! She never offered to make it even when I showed her my order screen. The most frustrating part is after I silently filled out the corporate web form, and began to walk out the door she says "I was going to give her free food". She's in need of Customer service training and I have a charge for food I never received. Update: I received a gift card after going to the corporate website and filling out a form. Waiting until tomorrow to see if the charges drop off my cc. Other locations are SO much better - i will never return to the Citrus Park location! read more

Wingstop - My online order which says completed but they "never received it". - Chicken Wings Near Me - Tampa, Florida

I just had a to go order from this wingstop and it was awful. The chicken on the sandwiches wasn't cooked and the bun was very stale. Complete waste of money. The only good thing about this meal was the carrots and blue cheese. This is the second time this location did me wrong! Stay away. read more

I'm not sure how these places stay in business. The woman cooking the food hasn't put her phone down. I guess the Manager in charge is making ridiculous jokes about people being lazy the girl on the register didn't know how to give me change. At least five people walked out. Scary. read more

Ordered 2 days ahead of time for the Super Bowl. My husband missed the first hour of our party and the game waiting for our order that was almost 2 hours late. Completely disorganized and clearly took way more orders than they could handle. No workers were helping with the crowd and it was chaos. The wings were dry and not very good either. Very disappointing. read more

Tried this location last night for the first time, ordered via online. 20 wings, 1/2 garlic parm and other have Cajun rub. Wings were so light in color and barely looked cooked. NO seasoning or flavor whatsoever. I had to put them in the air frier once home to ensure they were cooked. These wings cost too much money to be so wack! Not returning. read more

I couldn't be happier that they finally opened a wingstop close to my house. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants while in college so they will always have a special place . The food is always good. This location is very nice but small like most other locations. Everything is freshly new so it's pretty clean. The service was great. There was an error with my order but they immediately corrected the issue . This will for sure be a weekly stop for me to get my wing fix. read more

New wing spot is wonderful! Great wings & flavor options!! Top notch service. Will come to this location again! read more

The service here was HORRENDOUS, first off when we walked in, we were greeted by the young lady with yellow hair yelling and using profanity's as well as referring to her coworkers in every other sentence as n**ga" and not helping customers that were waiting and didn't speak English. She was going on a tangent about doctor pepper, and calling her coworker over again by yelling "n**ga". Maybe she should learn her customer service skills elsewhere try Burger King!!! read more

Absolutely terrible service, I have a speech impediment and they were laughing at me and super unprofessional.

I was really excited that this location was opening since it is much closer to me. It exceeded my expectations and everything was fresh. The boneless wings weren't just breading which is what I've experienced a few times at another location. The fries were hot and fresh. The sweet tea was perfect. I hope the quality stays this good. read more

The wings and fries were vey good. Also tried the Cajun corn. I will be back for more.

Always takes forever and the staff is super unprofessional. Food is good when it comes out though.

Customer service was good. But the food. We waited 20 minutes which is totally fine for fresh food, until you get your bag and the fries are stone cold and the wings are Luke warm at best. The garlic parm was delicious for boneless I just wish it was hot. read more

Only get wings here if you like them ice cold w the wrong sauce. Several better options nearby.

I went to the Gunn Hwy Wing Stop last night for the first time and it was a bad experience! I ordered the meal for 2 and they got half my order wrong! I understand they were short staffed by 3 or 4 workers but still. I got home and saw they forgot my side of ranch and gave me an incorrect flavor of wings. Plus the wait in person was 35min. 35 min to get the wrong flavor wings? I doubt I go back. read more

Update: Wing Stop called to make a negative experience a positive one. He explained the staffing challenges that happened and refunded my order (we were able to request the cancellation before the food was cooked). Thanks for taking the time to help. read more

This location has way better service than Dale Mabry!! garlic parm wings were ACTUALLY SEASONED

This is a new spot & I just gotta say, it already exceeds expectations. Customer service is great & the food is even better.

Ok I have been to this place 3 times. First time I walked in and the food was great I order the Hawaiian wings 10. They staff looked like they don't want to be there though. I orders Hawaiin wings and it should be sweet with no spice. It states that on the menu. The last 2 times I used uber eats. I orders the Hawaiin and hickory BBQ wings they spicy. Both wings tasted like they dumped hot sauce in them hot wings. I was not super spicy so I eat them because I was starved with some milk. Figured that was a one off mistake. So two weeks later I uber-ed just the Hawaiian this time they were super hot and spicy. They must have lazy careless cooks there. You never mix hot wing and sweet wings in the same bowl. I will never ever eat there ever again. I got my money back from uber this time. I called the manger and let him know. I can see a mistake once but twice also the wings were small and over cooked a bit. You guys need to make sure your cooks are not using the same bowls to mix wings or just make hot wings only. I got my wings at wing experience later on. Way better and also the wings were twice the size. read more
