So let me first start off by saying that I usually have pretty good service at this location but tonight was a different experience. I placed my order at 8:15pm(email on picture) and they said it would be over 45mins which is a lot longer than my past orders that averaged a wait time of 15-20 mins. I left a little after 9 since It is only about a 7 min drive from my home. So when I walked in a girl named Imani asked for my name and if I had an online order. i replied with my name and confirmation and to my surprise my food was already done. So like I normally do i check everything to make sure that it is hot and that I'm not missing anything. I noticed that my food was cold, so I politely asked her how long my food had been sitting there and she stated about 20 mins. I told her that I was confused because it said it would be 45mins and if I would have known it was done I would have been there sooner ( the company does not send email confirmations once your food is done. You just have to "wing it" literally. I requested to have my food remade and she did not hesitate to correct the issue. She told me they would drop the wings and it would be approx 13mins and I told her it was fine and I didn't mind waiting. I did not get home until 10pm. The ambiance is your standard wing shop. They have a lot of young ppl that work there but they all seemed to be working efficiently and cleaning in between. It wasn't busy when I got there but as time started to pass business started to pick up. I ended up waiting longer than 13mins on top of the 45 I had already waited. The gentleman that was in the back fixing my order(he is usually always there when I go in) kept asking me what all I had in my order because he didn't have the ticket. He first brought my wings without a bag and then finally brought the rest of my meal. When I got home(again only a 7 min drive) I took my food out and my corn was cold and unseasoned which is not what my order was and that really disappointed me because I waited all that additional time and my order still wasn't right. I decided to call up there because atp this was just unacceptable. Luckily Imani picked up the phone and she remembered me. I explained my frustrations and she was very empathetic to the situation and apologized for that happening. She offered to put my name in a book/log so that my next meal would be free which I appreciated. All in all I will be visiting this location again, but My feedback for this location would be to send confirmation when meals are ready for pick up, and to not half step when correcting an order. The GM should be in store working, and if not they should be checking in on the team and make sure they are fully supported on busier nights. read more

I would think that's a health code violation. This is the first time trying Wingstop and the last. By the way the food was mediocre. You can find better options. read more

Haven't been to wing house in years. My niece had seen the hype on tik tok and wanted to try. The two stars I gave were mostly for the service, though slow they were all very nice. Not there fault they had so many orders. The chicken was ok. Found it bland if naked or the sauces overpowered if sauced. The fries were limp though fresh. With all these other new chicken places opening just feel wing stop is flat. read more

Horrible customer service experience Didn't receive my order from the app. 10 minutes after I arrived and said I was waiting for my order, employees were eating on break. I asked for my order. Br*** said she didn't see it and couldn't refund my order, (which I requested). She said I had to call corporate - it's Saturday at 3:00pm! She never offered to make it even when I showed her my order screen. The most frustrating part is after I silently filled out the corporate web form, and began to walk out the door she says "I was going to give her free food". She's in need of Customer service training and I have a charge for food I never received. Update: I received a gift card after going to the corporate website and filling out a form. I couldn't be happier that they finally opened a wingstop close to my house. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants while in college so they will always have a special place . The food is always good. This location is very nice but small like most other locations. Everything is freshly new so it's pretty clean. The service was great. There was an error with my order but they immediately corrected the issue . This will for sure be a weekly stop for me to get my wing fix. read more

The service here was HORRENDOUS, first off when we walked in, we were greeted by the young lady with yellow hair yelling and using profanity's as well as referring to her coworkers in every other sentence as n**ga" and not helping customers that were waiting and didn't speak English. I went to the Gunn Hwy Wing Stop last night for the first time and it was a bad experience! I ordered the meal for 2 and they got half my order wrong! I understand they were short staffed by 3 or 4 workers but still. I got home and saw they forgot my side of ranch and gave me an incorrect flavor of wings. Plus the wait in person was 35min. 35 min to get the wrong flavor wings? I doubt I go back. read more

This is a new spot & I just gotta say, it already exceeds expectations. Customer service is great & the food is even better.

Ok I have been to this place 3 times. First time I walked in and the food was great I order the Hawaiian wings 10. They staff looked like they don't want to be there though. I orders Hawaiin wings and it should be sweet with no spice. It states that on the menu. The last 2 times I used uber eats. I orders the Hawaiin and hickory BBQ wings they spicy. Both wings tasted like they dumped hot sauce in them hot wings. I was not super spicy so I eat them because I was starved with some milk. Figured that was a one off mistake. So two weeks later I uber-ed just the Hawaiian this time they were super hot and spicy. They must have lazy careless cooks there. You never mix hot wing and sweet wings in the same bowl. I will never ever eat there ever again. I got my money back from uber this time. I called the manger and let him know. I can see a mistake once but twice also the wings were small and over cooked a bit. You guys need to make sure your cooks are not using the same bowls to mix wings or just make hot wings only. I got my wings at wing experience later on. Way better and also the wings were twice the size. read more
