Chilly with cheese no onion as one of my sides. Fave - I never eat chili otherwise.

Stopped by on a whim here and also bc we were undecided on what we wanted for lunch. If we go to Texas Roadhouse, it's always the Wesley Chapel one. That's been around since day one of living in FL. This location is new and appears to be even bigger. They are all loud so that's a given, but it's ok. This is one place I don't mind it being so loud. And come to my surprise, they line danced in the middle. Not my thing, but they were super fun. Our service was great for being so busy as it was. Ordered a 6 ounce sirloin each for both of us and I always get the same sides - Chili with cheese and no onion, & Sweet potato. He gets their rice and baked potato with cheese and sour cream. And OMG, Heaven on earth here is not the steak, sorry steak, it's the buns and cinnamon butter. This is the one item on a pedestal here and the hotter the better. Bring it All! Definitely still a great place. Great service, great food. Happy to have checked out this newer location.

Man talk about some good food. Came in for lunch and this place was crowded. They just opened not that long ago and I guess the word got out lol. Humongous parking lot and you can actually put your name on the waitlist before arriving just visit their website and put your name on the list. When arrived we were told the weight would be approximately 20 minutes however we were seated in probably five minutes staff was so friendly. Our waiter was quickly over to take our drink order and offer recommendations. They had five dollar drink specials, including margaritas so of course I got a frozen one. The hot fresh dinner rolls with that cinnamon butter was so delicious and hit the spot before our meals could come out. I ordered the catfish with a baked potato and House salad. Hubs ordered a steak fried chicken with corn and mashed potatoes. My house salad had ranch dressing and it was so good. The salad was so fresh. I love the taste of the ranch took me back to my childhood actually. Didn't take long for food to come out. It was hot and fresh and very tasty. I think my favorite was actually my husband's corn. The catfish breading was perfect. It didn't fall off when I bit into it. I do, however think that the catfish needed more flavor. This is definitely a lively place, so expect it to be crowded. However, service is great and the food is delicious. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

1 Star -- Deeply Disappointed by This Visit I've always enjoyed Texas Roadhouse for its energy, good food, and friendly service -- but this visit was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. I did the online check-in ahead of time, texted when our party arrived, and got the "come inside for one of the next available tables" message. Great -- so far, so good. Except when we got there, we were told to sit down in the waiting area instead. Not a great start, but we stayed patient. Once seated, we ordered right away. My 13-year-old son wanted a kids meal -- something we've done at other Roadhouse locations before without issue. When we asked if we could pay extra to upgrade his drink to a flavored lemonade, the server told us he couldn't have any drink at all because the kids menu is "for ages 12 and under." No one asked his age, but apparently they just decided he didn't qualify for the drink that comes with the meal. When I asked for a manager to clarify, Adrian came by and doubled down without so much as a question or conversation. I explained that if the policy really is to withhold the drink for anyone who looks older than 12, it makes more sense not to let them order the kids meal at all -- not serve an incomplete meal. She didn't seem interested in discussing it further, and honestly, the whole thing just felt like poor leadership. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. We ordered immediately, but our food didn't arrive for over an hour and fifteen minutes. In that time, we watched tables around us -- seated and served well after us -- eat, pay, and leave while we were still waiting. And this wasn't a complicated order: two baskets of Rattlesnake Bites, a cheeseburger and fries, a kids mini-burger meal, and a loaded baked potato. By the time the food came, they were out of mashed potatoes, ran out of bread after our first basket, and even ran out of Rattlesnake Bites -- only bringing one order and needing extra time to make more. My cheeseburger, ordered medium rare, came out completely charred and broken in half. My son's mini-burgers were burnt, too. We sent his back to be remade, but I didn't risk sending mine -- I've seen enough restaurant nightmares to know better. To top it all off, our server said the manager would come by. No one ever did. She checked back, confused as to why, and later said the manager had cleared our bill. Still no manager visit, no apology. On the way out, we saw Adrian casually standing near the entrance -- clearly not too busy to check on us, just unwilling. Between the lack of professionalism, inconsistent "policy," and food that didn't even come close to Texas Roadhouse standards, this experience was a complete letdown. We've dined at multiple Texas Roadhouse locations across different states and have never had anything like this happen. If this was your first time dining here, I'd understand if you never came back -- and honestly, that says a lot.

We came here the day after they opened and again for Father's Day and both times this location was poppin - it feels like they never slow down, but I guess that's just a testament to how many people love Texas Roadhouse. We typically use the app to check wait times and get added to the list before we arrive, so we don't have to do much standing around and waiting (definitely recommend, otherwise the waits can get pretty long). Both times we've been the staff has been super nice and attentive. The food is always great!

I am disappointed I used their online pick up. I came to my house and open my rolls only to find that every single one was undercooked and squashed together. The bottoms were missing on some. I live like 35-40 mins away and my family was looking forward to the rolls. We did also find a hair inside the butter. Overall just disappointing. I hope they reach out to me because this is just unacceptable feels like a slap to the face.

Decided to take a ride and check out the Texas Roadhouse in Trinity. Apparently it's only been opened a couple of months. We we went for a late lunch early dinner and we're surprised how busy it was although I shouldn't have been surprised. The service was top-notch and I was shocked to see how many servers were on the floor as well as buses and food runners. Everybody kept busy, almost nonstop. We were seated at a table and almost magically the rolls with the cinnamon butter were sitting right in front of us! We got started on those immediately! Our server was bubbly and smiling, and really added to the whole experience. We started off with their version of the blooming onion, which they called the Cactus Blossom. Absolutely delicious and I don't think we left one piece. We then got our salads and both had blue cheese dressing. The plates were ice cold, the salad was cold and it was outstanding. Then we got our entrées. My friend got the 8 ounce filet mignon and I had the 14 ounce Fort Worth ribeye. It may have been the tastiest steak I have had in several years. Besides being beautifully seasoned, I had the mushrooms and onions on top and they were so good! The 8 ounce fillet was cooked perfectly, a beautiful medium rare and my ribeye was cooked equally well. Of course, like all of their restaurants, about every 40 minutes, the music goes louder, and the line dancing begins by the entire staff! Everybody looks like they're having fun. I would never hesitate to go back to this location. They did everything right. We ordered steaks, and were certainly not disappointed.

Just a heads up for veterans, active duty etc. this location apparently has strict rules around their hometown heros discount. They do not include any appetizers and they only apply the discount on up to four meals so families any larger don't get the discount over the entire meals. Disappointed that military families aren't appreciated "entirely" at this location. We love Texas Roadhouse but this definitely makes us think twice. Service is always good except this.

Recently my best friend wanted to take my husband and I out to dinner and he chose Texas Roadhouse. I will say I am not a fan of chains as they seem to be over done in so many ways. This place was loud and you could hardly hear each other. It was a country theme restaurant with the staff line dancing. Thus not really my cup of tea. The service started out great, until we finished eating and then our plates just piled up on the table. The waitress passed us several time and no clearing. Now the food. We ordered a blooming onion. What a disappointment. It was small and way to much batter to even taste the small onion. My friend had the strip steak, I will say it looked good and he said it was tender and juicy. My husband had the country fried steak. Once again way to much batter and coating and very dry with lack of flavour. I had the 80z filet. It was good, cooked to perfection at a rare temp. I asked for it to be cooked with garlic and butter. Instead I go the garlic butter on the side. The steak fries were way to salty and I couldn't eat them. All in all its pretty much what I expected from a chain. I don't see myself going back. This place is probably good for families that like to be entertained.

I went for weekend brunch and they offer bottomless mimosas and sangria (red and white). A heads-up: the sangria came straight from the bottle without the usual fruit you'd expect. Not my favorite take on it, but the vibe and service made up for it. Staff were super friendly and attentive, which really added to the experience. The food? Tough decision between the avocado toast breakfast and the breakfast pizza--but the pizza won. Solid choice! I got mine with sausage (you can also choose bacon or veggies). Extra veggies are $1.75 each, and I added mushrooms and spinach. Worth it. Oh, and they've got a brick pizza oven, which is always a bonus. Fun detail: their pizza/calzone topping menu has a cheeky note that says "No pineapple--don't ask!" with emojis. Gotta love a place with a sense of humor. Highly recommend checking this place out. I'll definitely be back--especially for pizza and a cold beer during a Lightning game.
