Love the food here! This is the same high quality and fast service you expect from any stand alone chick fil a. I always get a large fry, and alternate between grilled or crispy nuggets. The frosted coffee or ice dream cones are a perfect sweet treat as well. My partner gets the side salad here and is always very happy with it. The location itself is average, this has more to do with citrus park mall than chick fil a as they don't control the seating. To make it quick and simple, I wanted a quick snack after getting slightly frustrated from my family getting lost entirely in the mall. The food is still good as ever from the establishment, the service is still as I expected to be when an employee said "My pleasure". I love Chick-fil-A! This location is so convenient because it's inside a big mall and there is a play area right outside for little kids to enjoy. The line is always long, but usually the line moves quickly. My go-to is the spicy chicken sandwich with the waffle fries. They always make it very consistent. Sometimes you'll get a bit of a wait, but it's still pretty fast. read more

Chick-fil-A always provides great service and their staff never skips a beat. This is located in the mall so the line can get pretty long depending on the time of day and crowd @ the mall. With Chick-fil-A, I've never had them screw up any order --- may have needed extra sauce, however they are always right on target to get the orders correct so you don't have to double and triple check. Curbside option is AWESOME! This is the closest location to me and since it is in the food court, there is obviously no drive through. I appreciate the curbside option so much and saves me the extra drive. This location has been en pointe the last 3 times we visited. Totally will be back! read more

The sandwiches are always good, as are the chicken strips & nuggets, but sometimes I notice a bit of an aftertaste. With my meal, I love the frozen lemonade and Greek Granola with cookie topping. This place is always reasonably priced, and I've never had bad service. Everyone always has a smile when waiting on customers. The last time I visited, while I was waiting for my order, I noticed someone return an order that was not right. One of the employees made it right in a cheerful & quick fashion. I tend to forget about this location because it's located in a shopping mall that I tend to avoid. My last visit here consisted of a quick to-go order. Rylee took my order and was very nice throughout the process. She repeated my order back to me and made sure it was accurate. During my wait, I noticed about 4-6 people were waiting for their food along with me. That's unusual for Chick-Fil-A as they are usually very prompt in getting out orders in a timely manner. A few minutes later the food started to come out of the back and the manager gave everyone who waited an apology, a bounce back card and their food. This is typical to wait for a while at most fast food places, but Chick-Fil-A really goes above and beyond when the little things aren't right. read more

I'm always hesitant to go in the chick fil a line at the mall. It's usually the longest one! This store did an excellent job of moving the line quickly. I maybe waited a total of 10 mins to go through the line and get my food. The staff is friendly and efficient. Our food was up to the standard, and I love that chicken minis are now available all day. Perfect for lunch dates with my toddler! Oh, and I even forgot to leave my name with the cashier and the employee handing out food knew it was my order and got my attention. I was surprised considering they were so busy. read more

I'm so done w Chick-fil-A. I've notice the past couple of years that they have really sacrificed their quality. Rushing orders and not even cooking properly. The fries always undercooked, soggy! Therefore I have been requesting "well done fries" like many of my friends and family. Now they are not even allowing the extra 30 seconds to even cook fries properly. The guy told me they won't do it anymore because it messes up their fryer machine. That's the dumbest excuse I have ever heard! The worst chick fil a in the history of chick fil a's. The staff is always unhappy, they never reply "my pleasure", the line is always crazy long and there is no direction or people standing outside like at other chick fil a's, they get my order wrong frequently.
