This is a family-owned business currently operating out of a food truck, with plans already in the works to expand into a larger location right there on the property. Everything was on point, but that bistec deserves its own paragraph. MAN, THAT BISTEC! It was seasoned beautifully, cooked just the way we like it, and packed with flavor. That's the kind of bistec that makes you wanna slap yo mama and apologize afterward! The chicharrón and fried cheese were delicious, too, making the platter a winner all around. Of course, we couldn't leave without getting a Morir Soñando and some natural lemonade. Both were refreshing and rounded out the meal perfectly. We also heard that the expanded location is expected to offer even more Dominican favorites and a full bar, which gives us another reason to come back. And hopefully, by the time we return, they'll have some arroz con habichuelas (rice and beans) on the menu, because you can't talk about Dominican comfort food without those! What impressed us most wasn't just the food. It was the combination of authentic flavors, generous portions, genuine hospitality, and the feeling that this family truly cares about their customers and their business.
