Man, what can I say to possibly summarize just how bangin these wings are?! I guess I'll compare them to Wingstop, the "premier" place for chicken wings. First, the size comparison: Wingstop's wings are slightly larger than Wing boys. The flavor options: Wing Boyz has flavors I didn't even know existed in this realm! They win that one hands down! The price, both places have comparable prices for their products. Neither of which is overpriced. The staff: Wing Boyz crew feels more authentic with their friendliness. Wingstop is cool, but they're a franchise and have a corporate feel to their customer service vs Wing Boyz who aren't franchised, they're just trying to make you happy. Overall, Wong Boyz is definitely worth trying when you want a break from the norm and, if you let them, they may just win you over altogether.

We ordered 2 orders of pretzels, which was 4 total pretzels which seemed like a low serving size, but they were crunchy with fine dipping sauces. I had the ribs which were okay, but nothing amazing. I liked that they had some range of side options and the broccoli was a healthy choice and paired well with it. The sirloin was pretty average as well, but the chips were thick and crunchy and seemed made in restaurant. The people who got burgers were pretty happy, so that seems like the thing to get, and there are a ton of good options. Service was great and very attentive, and our food didn't take too long to get. For a group gathering, there were a lot of options and it was reasonably priced.

To make matters worse, the flatware looked like it had been used for a car engine rebuild, definitely not what I was expecting. There was a "Seat Yourself" sign, so we picked a table near the entrance, where a server greeted us promptly. When I asked if happy hour was still on, she confirmed it was, but then she left to attend to other tables. About 10 minutes later, she came back to take our drink order, which felt a bit long but understandable given that she was the only server working that evening. After placing our food order, the wait for our appetizer was about 15 minutes. We got the 17 traditional chicken wings, with a mix of sauces: half with the "Carb Bomb" sauce and half with roasted garlic Parmesan. The wings were decent, but nothing to rave about. The "Carb Bomb" flavor could have been a bit more exciting. The real letdown, though, was the Whiskey Chicken entrée. It was supposed to come with two chicken breasts, but what we received was essentially one chicken breast sliced thinly to look like two. This was honestly pretty disappointing considering the price. The dish just didn't live up to expectations. Despite these hiccups, I do want to give credit to the server, who was working solo and doing her best to handle all the tables. It's clear that she was stretched thin, and I honestly felt bad for her--she was hustling to keep up with everything. Overall, the experience was a bit underwhelming, and I'd probably consider other options next time, especially with the inconsistencies in the food quality.

Only issue I would say was that I ordered my burger well done but when it was delivered, it had some pink left in it. You can see it from the picture. They have outside seating as well. Good spot just to go and chill with friends.

I'd try to slip in earlier during happy hour to beat most of the crowd because it started getting pretty packed on our way out. Our server Demetrius was very attentive and knowledge about the menu even making sure to include some of his personal favorites into the recommendations. He also offered to bring us more chips for our queso once we ran low. I really wanted the craftsmanship of a cocktail without the alcohol and fortunately they offer a non-alcoholic tequila alternative that can be used in any of their drinks. For my meal I had the island jerk tacos which surprisingly had a really good jerk flavor, the simple chicken taco, and the OTC street corn. This place was clean, friendly, and overall a great vibe!

The margaritas with the salt foam are incredible and absolutely a must-try! It's the sister restaurant to another favorite of ours, Shaker & Peel, and you can definitely tell they have the same great attention to quality and atmosphere. We usually grab seats at the bar, where the service is always friendly, attentive, and top-notch. The vibe is energetic without feeling overwhelming, making it a great place to hang out. We can't wait to come back when the weather cools off so we can enjoy their huge outdoor patio. If you're looking for a great place for drinks, appetizers, and a fun atmosphere, Agave Social should definitely be on your list. Five stars!
