In some rooms we went with honeycomb blackout shades, we also went with roller shades, and even a motorized skylight shade that runs on solar power. We had one hiccup where I realized the installed shades were the wrong shade and did not match the skylight. I reached out to Marcus and he was able to quickly replace the wrong color and got everything squared away. If we have any other blinds needs, we will definitely call The Blind Guy!

Definitely not the easiest company to work with. We had the sales rep come out early fall to get a…read morequote. We were told our custom sliding door would be in within 6 weeks. Between the price, quality and lead time we decided to move forward. Weeks went by with little communication, no estimated install date, WE had to call to find out when they were coming out to measure again. It took a total of four months to get this door installed. And when we were finally given a day to install, they called asking if we could move it. The install was fast (within a few hours) and the crew who installed was friendly. While the door itself looks nice, the outside has these patches all around. The door itself is also tricky to open. Not pleased and would not recommend window world.

do not do business with this company. once you make a product purchase for which they offer a…read morelifetime warranty, you can not get them to honor the warranty. tiffany the owner is irrepsonsible and always to busy to respond to you. i spent $20,000 with them and am trying to be reimbursed (which is how they told me to do it) for $350 (which is alot to me since i am on a fixed income), and cannot get anywhere with tiffany. i have a compliant pending with the attorney general against window world.
