Between the price, quality and lead time we decided to move forward. Weeks went by with little communication, no estimated install date, WE had to call to find out when they were coming out to measure again. It took a total of four months to get this door installed. And when we were finally given a day to install, they called asking if we could move it. The install was fast (within a few hours) and the crew who installed was friendly. While the door itself looks nice, the outside has these patches all around. The door itself is also tricky to open. Not pleased and would not recommend window world.

Beyond the color fastness, the price estimate seemed fair, so I did not seek any other estimates. The scheduling was dependable, and the craftsmanship for the installation excellent. Yet, a minor adjustment was needed the day after the installation. I emailed Aaron about it, he phoned me right away, and sent the two installers back to my house the very next day. Good job all around.
