The ambiance was nice. The mani and pedi weren't. I asked for the tech to do my nails in a glitter ombre like I had seen on their yelp page. When it didn't come out looking right, I mentioned it to her. She tried to fix it, but it resulted in big bubbles of gloppy gel polish. I asked the other tech not to use the cheese grater thing on my feet. She kept doing it even after I repeatedly asked her to stop. She left a 3/4 inch cut on the top of my big toe with the cuticle clippers. At the end of my visit, they bill rang up to $80. I'm not sure where all of the extra charges came in because I could hardly call a pedicure and putting on nail polish and a little lotion a regular mani, let alone an upgraded manicure. read more

Nice little spa/nail shop. Went in yesterday. Had an appt. was seen on time. This is big for me since I have a tight time schedule. Was seen by Nikki and she did both my pedi and fill. She was sweet and caring and took her time to listen to my concerns. Beautiful salon. Clean, pretty and welcoming. These guys now have earned my business. I really wanted to like this place. It's very pretty to look at. However, if you're looking for a good place to go to get your nails done and receive good customer service, DON'T GO HERE. I have been here twice. The first time I went with my friend to get gels done. After 4 days, the gel polish started chipping and peeling off. I called to see about getting them redone for no charge as they are supposed to last a couple weeks, not a couple days. I went in today and the lady who did my nails was rude to me from start to finish. She was very abrupt and angry while she did my nails, treating me as an inconvenience. When she finished, she smeared cuticle oil all over the tips of my fingers and said "done!" When I asked if I could wash my hands (because who wants their hands dripping in cuticle oil), she very rudely told me, "no! You're done!" as she was walking away from me. Clearly they don't value their customers at all, which is a poor move. At least I didn't have to pay for them the second time around. read more

I've been here three previous times and it's been a good experience so far. Pedicures have been by different people and each one has been relaxing and massages were lovely. The salon itself is girly and very chic. Tammy was the one who gave my first manicure and it was came out great. I highly recommend the pedicures, they are amazing. read more

First off very nice and clean salon the interior decorations are nicely done. My complaint here is with the pedicure. I paid $18 for the basic pedicure and requested sugar scrub for $5. My entire pedicure start to paint was 10 min if that. I go get pedicures to relax and to have such a half fast job done was extremely disappointing. To sum it up I didn't even get lotion on my legs or a massage for that matter it was literally a nail cut and paint and I didn't get my sugar scrub I requested. Sorry to disappoint you all but this salon does not deserve the better reviews that it has received...at least not by my standards. My manicurist did a "no effort" manicure while my husbands manicurist gave him the works. Mine threw a towel down while my husband got the wrist rest under his towel. He got nice softer in his water and I got water...plain. They have very few colors for a regular manicure as they seem to specialize in gel manicures. I found a bottle of OPI that was probably old as it was thick. No big deal but they have you dry by some little led light on the desk. I could have blown harder!!! Totally overrated. The lady who appears to own this place, first chair does nails well but that's about it. I've been 2 maybe 3 times and the last time was unreal... the lady doing my nails was a bit off her rocker. Okay, that's a lie.. she was batsh!t crazy! She did a terrible job on my nails too. I also got a lash fill while I was there... HORRIBLE MISTAKE. If I cloud give this place no stars I would the people are a joke. They were all so rude my nails are so thick like a .5 in thick the nail polish on my feet came right off. When called to let them know what had happened and I was so upset being I was charged $80.00 crying on the phone the person who answered my call just laughed at me and stared talking in there native language. Then was hung up. After I calmed down I went into the spa for a refund there was a guy who knew nothing about the situation who raised his voice at me. And said well you just want the work for free. And said they wouldn't do it. Everyone acted as if I was being crazy and they wouldn't own up to there mistakes. I get my nails done every two weeks I know what they are suppose to look like when you get them done. And they did not do a good job were rude and very disrespectful. I went there twice and twice I was not happy. 1st time was in July 2018 and I decided to do full set. I was excited because of all the reviews. My experience was mediocre and the nails came out just okay. Very thick layer or acrylic made them look unnatural. I decided to give it one more chance last week and this was my last time. It was basically just a new set of acrylic nails and no work was done around my cuticles. Another thick layer of acrylic and when I asked to make my nails thinner, he seemed to know what I was requesting. He told me to wash my hands and when i came back some other lady was sitting in his seat waiting for me to paint my nails. She looked at them and i could tell that she wasnt happy. I just wanted to get out of there. The nails were uneven and i feel like my $40 + tip went to waste...twice now. read more

I would definitely give 0 stars if i could. went in with my mom for her birthday for two pedicures and two acrylic sets. The pedicure ladies were extremely rude and unfriendly. When doing my acrylics, i asked for them to be shorter and the woman told me... No! Why not?? I counted the amount of times she hurt me with her stupid drill. 12. Twelve. Twelve times she hurt me and didn't care one bit. Three of my nails BLED. My nails were glued on crooked and are very uneven. My moms are also uneven and the lady didn't bother to trim her real nails so now they're growing up under the acrylic. The polish job is extremely messy and all jacked up for both. Unfortunately i do not know the name of the ladies. Definitely not worth $130. Had I not had to pay before finished, I wouldnt have payed at all. read more

I do like coming to this nail salon. Rachel is always very friendly and so talented. However, I make an appointment EVERY time because I know how busy they get. With that being said I get there 5-10 minutes early and don't get sat until 15-20 minutes AFTER my appointment time. It very frustrating. What's the point in making an appointment if they always tend to run behind. The staff seems to get very frantic when they get busy and seem to try and rush through their appointments. The salon is clean and has a lot of colors to choose from. I just wish they would try and be on time with their appointments and not feel the need to rush through their clients. read more

Walked in around 2:00/2:30 in the afternoon. Busy but not swamped. Waited maybe 5 minutes at the most. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the young lady who did my pedicure but she was very sweet, made sure I was okay, they hand you a sizeable cold bottle of water to drink, ask if the water is ok that your feet are soaking in.
