I'm a regular here, for years now. Over the road trucker. I get pedicures whenever I'm in town. I come in with dusty, nasty , black crusted feet from walking in cheap black sandles. They all know me. The girls are very sweet. They never shame me for my nasty feet. I get the $58 Super Duper Fungal Foot Remover Package Where the take a cheese grater to me, salt, scribe, lotion, wax, trim, & cream my feet for 45 minutes... & I look like a foot model when I come out of there... Sometimes the girls tease me about coloring my toes (All good natured). I always tip really well. They have much cheaper options for all the ladies with less need for all the hoopla to get my feet right... Most people can get out for $35, but you're not living until you feel the hot wax between your toes girl...

I have been coming here since Peter became the owner. He manages the salon so efficiently and is constantly working to ensure everyone receives efficient service. They have done my nails for everything from my wedding to Olympics. I never have to request a specific person because they are ALL SO good! Here is a peak at Olympic nails by Jenny today. Also a perfect pedicure by Mary today, too. I have never had such a flawless manicure, the cuticles are perfection and this design is so fun! I needed a fill and my regular salon was closed, so I called White Spa to see if they could get me in today and I was told to come in in 25 minutes. When I arrived I was told to select my color and have a seat. I waited about 5 minutes before being seated. I think the gentleman that did my nails was Mike. He did a great job and I love my nails!! The last time I had my nails done, my nail tech left them pretty thick & wide; not like my natural nails. Mike reshaped them so they look more natural. I have scheduled another appointment for 3 weeks!!

I am a relative newbie for nail services and was recommended by my sister to schedule an appointment with Rachel. I knew what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. I love my nails!

I was worried about finding a nail salon that I can make my regular location having just moved here from Washington and leaving behind a 5 years relationship with ONE nail tech! But worry no more. After kissing 5 frogs .... I finally found a prince of a salon! But beware, they are very busy as good work can not be rushed! So come here if you don't mind waiting a little bit.....Even if you have an appointment! Don't expect an immediate greeting either. With that said, the team here are really good with their work. I would recommend come in during the weekdays.

My daughter and I went for pedicures. I paid for a basic pedicure for both of us. What I got was a basic nail color change-no nail filing, no massage just a push back of the cuticles and a crappy nail paint-a total of 15 minutes. Meanwhile my daughter gets nail trim and file. The foot and leg message, including the hot stone rub, cuticle and trim around the nails and a beautiful polish. Very disappointing read more

After 8 months of living in Arizona, I think I can officially say I found my go to nail salon !!! Extremely satisfied with the service I had done, from the shape, length, and color. Peter worked very professionally on my nails, he did it very quickly, but definitely not in a rushing way. Also wanted to point out the other nail technicians, they were all very sweet. From the minute I walked in i was greeted and given some time to pick out a color from their very wide selection of colors ! (Seriously, they have a gazillion different colors.) Also wanted to mention the complimentary bottle watered that was provided, and a small discount for being a first time customer ! Seriously cannot get over how satisfied I am, without a doubt going to recommend this place and will more then likely be coming back !!! I went with an ombré, its so perfect !! I just have a bad habit of biting my nails and the skin around it. read more

I have just gone for the second time and was happy with my care. My mother and younger brother came with me and they brought all three of us waters. They worked hard to make sure I got what I want, and checked before they did anything that couldn't be changed back. I am slightly disappointed that the ends of my nails were filed very unevenly, and rough. But if your are looking to go don't hold that against them! There service was amazing and I plan on going for a long time read more

I went to this salon for the first time and was disappointed. I needed a manicure and pedicure for an upcoming wedding. The pedicure was great but I didn't get an actual manicure. They talked me out of getting tips, instead telling me I should do a dip. My nails ended up short and stubby. They never did any part of a manicure which generally includes cuticle care.I'm disappointed in my experience to say the least. read more

Was a walk in on a Monday at 5 pm. I was taken back right away and had a pleasure having my nails done with Mila. She was absolutely outstanding! She spent her time with me with no rush,she was very meticulous and going back and forth checking my nails to make them perfect. I've been having so many bad experiences at other nail salons and today I think I found my spot.. first it was very clean in there and beautiful decor. Not smelly at all.. everyone was so friendly. Lots and lots of colors to pick from as well. The pedicure was amazing by John he did a great job and the massage was heaven. My feet feel so good and look good.. now my nails omg they are beautiful and Lee did an amazing job too. He was quick and gentle. I am surely coming back to this place. Mago (Margo) did my nails today! They are amazing! So happy I happened to find this place by chance. I moved to the area and the outside just looks more upscale than most nail salons. The inside is much nice than most as well. I'm so happy, I'm actually going back Saturday to have Mago (Margo) do pedicures, and I'm bringing a new client to them as well! read more

An hour wait after being told 40 minutes. Those with appointments had to wait too. Not very good planners here. Finally sat me in pedi chair. Water cold. 20 minutes later, the tech comes over. I think she's going to get started. She then rushes off to another customer. I don't see her for 10 minutes. She comes back and says sorry. People who got here after me, with no appointment, are halfway done with their pedicures. I swear. There's a sign on my forehead that says "go ahead. Waste my time". I'm so done with these nail "salons". No communication. Just stuck in the water. Two and a half hours for a pedicure is just way too long read more

LOVE the White Spa! Went in on my lunch hour and they were able to help me out right away- even offering to do my mani simultaneously with my pedi to speed up time. The gel color has been GREAT, it's been weeks with no chip and growth is hardly even noticeable yet. The staff was very kind. Best nail experience I've had in AZ- go see them! read more

Highly Recommend! My mom and I have been getting our nails done by Peter for the last 8 years, he is AMAZING! I always switch up what I want (acrylic/ shape/color/design) and he perfects it every time. I am a nail biter/picker and SUPER picky and Peter literally is the best. The salon is pretty and has a good atmosphere, everyone is friendly. Not to mention they have an ENTIRE wall full of polish.. any color you could ever want and then some. We love it here!! read more

This nail spa is under new management and worth your time to visit! Peter does an amazing job and always very professional. He's a perfectionist and has creative ideas. I just show him a Pinterest pic and he can duplicate it. This spa is very clean and everyone is friendly. They also have an expansive collection of nail polish choices. Location is also ideal, right next door to Dunkin Donuts and in front of Starbucks! You won't be disappointed! read more

Kind of a late post but... Better late than never right. Anyways.. I went to the white spa nails 2 weeks ago and once again Rachel did an amazing job on my nails! The place was already super busy when I got there so I was able to browse through all the nail polishes while I waited for my turn. The picture was taken the day I got them done. This is a lovely business. All of the people working were very kind and helpful. I received a pedicure from Jenny and she did an amazing job. She is friendly and amazing at her work. Gone here a few times service was good ,this last time my husband and I had someone else do our feet because our girls were booked , not a problem , the lady who did my husbands feet did good the lady who did my feet acted like she could care less and wasn't in a good mood then when paying the bill the lady was looking in my purse just assuming I was going to tip her , first off I always tip but how uncomfortable and rude can you be I can't remember her name but you acted like you could care less was sloppy about messaging my feet then expected to be tipped with your attitude , if you don't like your job find something else read more

I have came here a few times and I have only left once happy. I am very forgiving and tend to give tons of chances before finally deciding I am never coming back again. Horrible service. Peter scoffed at me when I told him I wanted short acrylics and Rachel rushed my appointment. She made my pinky and my thumb bleed. There is black spot on my pointer finger. They talk about their customers and complain when people come in with specific wants. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a nail salon. It seems like they do not know how to manage their time when seeing people. I know there are many good reviews here, but I am being brutally honest. This place is not what it seems or is said to be. It was just awful. They are rude and are not very professional. I suggest you pick a different nail salon. I paid 45 dollars for a rushed and sloppy job. read more

I love the pedicures here, I get the White Spa pedicure which is relaxing and amazing however I got my first manicure and I was not a fan, did not feel pampered. I came here with a friend, I got regular polish and she got gel and they soaked our hands in bowls of barely warm water then started cutting at the cuticles, it was very dry and rough, they did not use any cuticle oil and then painted my nails and left me without a fan to dry. I was charged for the classic manicure but pretty much got the express manicure. Friendly workers but I've had better manicures that felt more pampering with warm towels and a good hand lotion massage. I will only be back for the pedicures. read more

Update: a late upate for my 3rd gel manicure with Rachel. This photo is taken 10 days after my manicure. I have been in the ocean everyday and the color still look great &shiny, no chipping. I showed her the design i liked and did a great job on mine. My nails are not as long as the one on the Pinterest photo but she managed the design well fit on mine. read more

Really impressed on how my nails turned out. I got a fill with gel and a pedicure. My nails look amazing. No bumps, coffin shape was perfect (never done before). They have a great color selection. They are up to date on the nail fashion. And i loved my pedicure. She took her time massaging my legs, made me feel so relaxed. And not to mention the impeccable job on the paint. It was a pretty nice shop. I like that they use covers for their foot spas and they had lots of colors to choose. I didn't like that they don't have nail polish dryers for your toes or even the spray used to dry the polish quicker. All in all I'll go back. read more

Came in and there were about 5 people waiting and the place looked packed! I was worried that it would take me a really long time to be sat. Didn't even wait 10mins and they were sitting me. They apologized for the wait and brought me a bottle of water while I waited for the pedi to commence. The lady took her time to ensure I had the perfect pedi and relaxed time possible. Very pretty salon, well appointed. Apparently drew the short chair straw because my chair made a horrible noise that sounded like it was ready to take off. Kind of a bummer because I love the chair massage. The girl who did my pedicure was good, not fantastic but it was a nice relaxing pedicure. We came here because our normal spot "super relax nails" was full. Maybe a creature of habit or something but I'll go back to my old place next time. This review is neither bad or great, the salon is fine and a good choice. read more

Definitely my new favorite nail salon in the east valley, I've gone to a handful of salons in the east valley trying to find my new regular spot and this one takes the cake for sure, the setup of the salon is so beautifully decorated, has a modern cique feel to it. Peter and Rachel stayed past closing hours for me and went above and beyond to give me what I wanted. Super friendly staff, they've definitely gained another regular client! read more

To be 100% honest I have never felt more welcome to a nail salon , I take my gf here every other week and I'm always greeted with a smile! This nail salon has the nicest nail techs, pedicure chairs and great prices too! I get pedicures as often as I can and am always happy. Recently I received a gel dip manicure. I am blown away by how well it has stayed on. It has chipped, peeled or lifted at all. I have been to other salons and received gel dip and it never lasted more than a week. I am on week 3 with the one from the White Spa Nails! read more

I was introduced to this place by my sister in law this week! We came here to get our nails done for her wedding that's coming up. When I walked in I was in shock and awe of how gorgeous and fancy this place was! the staff was so surprisingly fun and friendly! The ladies we had working on us had fun conversations with us and would laugh and joke around with us the whole time we were there! They were so sweet and polite and made sure we loved the work they were doing on our nails! They cared about doing great quality work on our nails! I showed my technician a picture of the nail design and color I wanted and she was able to replicate it! They turned out so beautiful and she made sure I was genuinely happy with them! I came across this place on google on my way home from work because i was in DESPERATE need to get my nails done, but I had no idea it was going to be my new manicure home! My first visit, as soon as I walked in they offered me a water bottle which is extremely considerate in this Arizona heat. Towards the end of my visit, I as well as a couple other ladies ended up staying past close so they could make our nail dreams come true and they fed us Vietnamese fruit! On top of really good and reasonable pricing and over 1,000 colors to choose from, the hospitality is amazing and with any nail design that might be a challenge, you can guarantee they'll make it happen and make it look fabulous!!! I was new to the area and was in dire need of a gel manicure and pedi. I looked up a few places on Yelp to ensure good reviews and chose this one and did a walk in. I happen to get Jeni and I am so thankful that I did!! She did an absolute amazing job with both! She also talked me into trying the dipped powder on my nails versus the powder and I'm sure glad I listened. My nails have never been stronger and there are tons of colors to chose from. They lasted a week longer than the gel and came right off when I came back for a color change. She's also just the sweetest! This nail salon is so cute and clean! It's very elegant inside, and since I went during the Christmas season there was Christmas music playing softly in the salon. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and sweet! I had a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be coming back to this place again. I had the Classic Spa Pedicure, and Rose did my nails. She was very nice and I LOVE how she designed my toes!!! I had no idea what I wanted and she helped me figure out what I should get. I've been to this place before and omg thr lady who did my nails did a horrific job. The nails fell of a couple days later and thr polish was so gross. She seemed as if she was in a rush to finish. But I decided to give them anotyer try and i am so happy i did omg when you go please ask for Mago she is amazing!!!! She pays attention to detail. Omg and she never burned me while filing my nails with her tools. I have been coming to this nail salon/spa for almost two years I have tried other places and they suck and was nasty and dirty not this place even before COVID-19 they was always on top of cleaning after each customer. In my opinion the best place to get your nails and feet done . They even wax . If you don't believe me give them a call and get in to get pampered. Very professional, friendly all the stuff are amazing always asking how your doing gives you water makes sure your happy and comfortable. I give them 5 because they deserve it. THE SPA IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT !!!!! I had an awesome experience, for the first time I decided to OMBRE Nails and Rachel did an exceptional job. I usually have acrylics, but decided to change it up. I am very pleased with my choice. The Spa is easy to get to locate right off the 60 on Greenfield Road in Mesa. What a beautiful place! Very clean and very sweet people! During a time when COVID is on the rise it is impossible for my mom to get pedicures, with cancer not only is she immunocompromised but her cough cannot be controlled which understandably makes others uncomfortable...as well as her. They arranged for my mom, myself, and my daughter to come in after their normal business hours so that we could enjoy a relaxing evening together and helped make a memory that will last in our hearts forever! Wow! I am so happy with the pedicure I got here! The stadd was all very professional but also friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and the decor added to a relaxing atmosphere. The saying We Aim to Please says it all about them. And their work is hands down the best I've seen. They really listen to what you want and do their absolute best to make it happen.
