O'Brien's West End Inn is your typical pub and restaurant with an aged feel. The bar room has the atmosphere you'd expect and want, especially during live music nights. The menu is fairly extensive with typical pub fare and more. We ordered the chicken wings, which had the crunch and heat we were hoping for. Talking with other patrons, the sandwiches and salads were apparently just as a delicious

Delicious gluten free fish fry. Even had gluten free Mac salad. The bar and restaurant were very busy but the owner Kim was very attentive and kind!

We went to see our friend doing open mic. We didn't plan to stay long nor eating dinner. We just want to support the friend for a bit and chit chat. It was Saturday night so the place quite packed. We sat at the bar. We decided to order wings just to nibble on. The wings actually good and juicy, crispy. We might go again next time and try their actual food when it was not so crowded. This place is convenient near our house too. It was not really big but not small either. Decent size.

Following the Tom & Jerry Trail, I came in for dinner and a drink. Dining by myself, I didn't want to take up a whole table but was invited to sit at the bar, if I could secure a seat. I walked around the bar, peeked in the banquet area, and got a seat for a lone high-top over by the popcorn machine. I placed my order at the bar and it came quickly. While I asked for no BBQ sauce on my brisket sandwich, I still wanted cheese. The brisket was rich, and the cheese would have held it all together. The fries were crispy and tasty with a side of mayo. The Tom & Jerry was creamy and delicious. I thought the mug was cute and classic with the gilded rim. I'd come back here in a heartbeat. The bar staff were friendly, the serving staff I spoke with was also very nice and there are plenty of menu options I'd like to try.

Stopped for dinner. The place was pretty quiet. The waitress was nice but not personable. The food came out quick and hot. The sweet potato fries were amazing. The chicken quesadilla was surprisingly good also! My husband always gets the brisket and loves it.

A small place to get good home cooked food. The staff made sure they had an answer for our menu questions and had everything we needed. The tables were near each other, so it was kind of noisy. All the food from the apps, soup and main meals were well prepared and tasty. Basic menu but still a little bit of everything to appeal to all.

We went here to try the Tom and Jerry's. We enjoyed one in the bar with some free popcorn and live music as we waited for our table. It was tasty. We were seated in a nice cozy room for dinner and ordered French Onion soup which was good. Ordered the beef on weck per recommendation of our enthusiastic and helpful waitress. She didn't steer us wrong. It was delicious. My partner ordered the brisket sandwich which was thick cuts of meat. We didn't eat a lot of it in restaurant, but made some awesome brisket nachos for leftovers at home with wonderful smoked pepper jack cheese that they sell bricks of! Highly recommend you take home some of their smoked cheese, I'd go back for it! Nice experience. Great service. Looks like they have a banquet room as well.

Nashville Chicken Shrimp Alfredo

The building is very interesting. There was a banquet wrapping up, a band playing the bar area with a good crowd, and the dining room was comfortably busy/winding down around 8. It was nice we could hear the live music without it being too loud. We ordered the French onion soup, shrimp alfredo, and Nashville hot chicken. Everything was cooked well but tasted very bland. The French onion soup was good, but sadly it was as if it had been watered down over and over. The chicken was not spicy at all, and came with nothing on the sandwich. The Alfredo was cooked properly but had no seasoning. We pretty much packed the entrees up to go, and brought them home to make edible. The staff was competent and fast, but no one seemed remotely excited or happy to be there.

Yes, it was resolved by the credit card company. Unfortunately we never heard from your business with any kind of apology.

We were met by our server and she was pleasant enough but came to our table too often and was repetitive and after 2 hours of being at the restaurant we finally had to flag her down for the check and she said she was Waiting to see if we wanted coffee or tea. When we already had dessert. The food was Okay I guess but a few times more than we would like to say they missed the mark. My appetizer was pretty good but My daughter's French Onion Soup had bread in it when she asked for it to be eliminated due to the fact she has a gluten allergy. My steak was supposed to be rare and it was medium One of the other party members steak was supposed to be medium and it was more medium well My husband's salmon was supposed to have a honey flavored tapping or sauce and it was not very detectable My other dinner partner asks for a drink namely the dragon Berry and It was certainly not the dragon Berry of which my husband and I both had that drink The server said the reason it looked different was because she had noticed there was a new bartender at the bar and that he should taste it And because he didn't know what the dragon Berry was tasting like he just kept it It looked nothing like my husband's drink or my drink and the taste was certainly not the same as well Since we were guests of the other couple I did not say anything due to the fact I didn't want to embarrass anyone so I figured I would just write this review we spent Nearly $300 total and a tip I'm sorry to say I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.

Unfortunately, that really wasn't our experience. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The entire place felt tired and dirty. The carpets looked heavily worn and stained, the booths had food stuck in the crevices, and overall it just didn't feel clean or well maintained. The dishes and drinkware didn't help. The coffee mugs, which were once white, were badly stained and dingy looking. My mother actually rubbed something off hers, and the waitress explained that it "wasn't dirty, just stained." Not exactly the best first impression, especially at $55 per person for brunch. We ordered mimosas after that, hoping things would improve, but even the champagne glasses looked questionable and were filled to noticeably different levels. Then the food arrived, and unfortunately it only got worse. Everything was served "family style," but there was no menu or explanation of what was coming. The meal felt random and poorly executed. Some highlights included: * A single store-bought pastry cut into pieces * Mac and cheese that tasted like boxed Velveeta * Deep-fried breakfast sausages * Ham that resembled warmed-up lunch meat * Three shrimp total for two people * A bowl of stew meat that felt completely out of place * An Eggs Benedict attempt that simply didn't work To make matters worse, some of the silverware and plates appeared dirty as well. By the end, we honestly couldn't wait to leave. The automatic $20 holiday service charge on top of the already expensive brunch really sealed the experience for us. Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've had in quite a while.
