What a fun little spot! I joined up with my friend who participates in their weekly bowling league this past week and it was super cute. They have a nice selection of cocktails and a full menu with snacks and dinners/meals. I got two of the limeade cocktails - good, though a little sweet. My friend and I later shared the pretzels bites (super tasty) and the general tso's cauliflower (I liked the sauce though it didn't quite taste like general tso's). They have their own parking lot. This seems like a fun place to hang out. We were there to try the beer. We were welcomed in and chose to sit at the bar. Connie took great care of us. We had a nice chat with Chris, the brewer. I am always drawn to the dark or malty beers. I chose Manny's Got A Darkside. It was malty and tasty. Only weird experience was the bathroom. My husband experienced this in the men's as well. They have automatic lights that turn on when you enter. They shut off too soon if you are the only one in there, so you are left in the dark to finish up and wash your hands. We went in and immediately loved the family friendly vibe of the indoor/outdoor space. We asked to watch the NBA Finals, but because of a network dispute, it wasn't easy. The manager still made it happen using an app and an iPad. The food was great and we enjoyed the game and then we took advantage of the super small and fun bowling alley. My family had a great time! Everyone is friendly and fun! The food is nothing less than quality. The menu items are thought out and done well. Fresh brewed beers (right there on-sight) with occasional guest brews and seasonal small batch flavors too! They also rotate seasonal cocktails and there are some drinks I can't resist (and I'm normally not a drinker!). Live music FOR FREE on the amazing patio. Bowling on their original vintage Paramount Bowling lanes. Artwork and murals inside and out (and available to purchase too) that hides so many images that I'm always finding something new every time I look at them. Really excited to FINALLY see something go into this space after the last brewery never opened. The Werks has a dining area and bar, lots of tvs so perfect for watching sports. The bowling is not up and running yet. We had a group of 10 and were able to get seated immediately. Ordered a bunch of food and apps! The general Tso wings were a favorite as was the stoner bread. The bowls were great but both of them could have used more sauce. Burgers were good too but nothing super different. Overall it's a great place to hang and will definitely be back. read more

Overall, it's a fun time with easy parking. But, we're talking San Francisco prices here. The bowling was $60 per hour, plus $4 for shoes each person. (Side note - we believe the bowling lane may have been slightly uneven, though we could care less about our final scores.) The loaded Colorado tots were sizable to share, coming in at $15. The fried chicken Southwest salad was $18, also good to split. Beer and wine are largely $8. We enjoyed having frequent lane service for additional beverages, if desired, and the reservation was fairly easy to get for a Saturday on the day of. You share bowling balls with the neighboring lane, so you need to be mindful of how many you collect to make sure they all fit. Lots of TVs are around if you're hoping to watch a game. read more

The beers are not awful, but never consistent. The food is smaller each time I have gone, inconsistent, and this last time we got food poisoning as confirmed by the ER visit. Burger was overcooked. We were asked if we wanted some pink or none. We said some pink (I like medium rare) and it came out over cooked with no pink at all. Also could have used more fig jam. Stopped in this afternoon. Great concept with bowling, bikes, beer and bar and a brewery coming soon. The prices were exorbitant! $19 chicken wings, $22 burgers, $17 for two beers. I hope owners consider lowering food prices and have specials to get people in and keep them coming back. I would hate to see you close within 6 months. read more

Where to start? WOW. The food was fantastic. Hubs had The Radler burger and I got a Margherita flatbread. The service was spot on - didn't have to wait long after being seated to get our drinks and order taken. Went with my family today on a recommendation. We ordered two different hamburgers and chicken lettuce rolls with a side of coleslaw. They forgot the side of coleslaw, got the burgers mixed up, one of the burgers was missing items that were supposed to be on it, I asked for regular fries and got sweet potato fries and both were cooked well when one was supposed to be pink. Then they tried to charge us for the coleslaw. There were no more than 10 customers in the entire place, and they still couldn't manage to get one order correct. Not coming back again. read more
