I ended up with some sort of bob like cut. My bangs were utterly destroyed. The stylist took a weird blunt chunk out of the center, and didn't blend them. I have a weird mix of long and short chunks for bangs now. To their credit a senior stylist 'fixed' my bangs-its better than what the original stylist did, but it's still a step below good. I realize I was given to a junior stylist, and it's a learning process, but I think she really needs a senior stylist to take her under their wing and mentor her. I certainly will not be going back.

The salon was a quick, easy walk from the historic Bethlehem hotel where I stayed. The salon was very clean and bright inside. Only one stylist was working that day and I was the last appt. at 1 pm for the day. Jen was very friendly and did a nice job curling my hair for the event. It cost $45 and I was very happy with how it looked. The curls held all night (and I even left them for a couple days after). I would definitely recommend Clementine salon if you are in town and need a blowout or curls done for an event.

During my first visit there, I watched Michael listen to each customers needs. I saw him transform a women with dry multi color hair to a stylish hip hair style that both she and her boyfriend loved! I told Michael that I wanted to grow my hair out longer. He gave me fabulous hair cuts each time while we grew out my heir. I finally got the look I wanted. Michael has since worked with me on perms, hair color and a variety of styles. For about 9 months, I worked in Indianapolis and I traveled back to Bethlehem for Michael to cut, color and style my hair. I am a very easy going person and if you want to text someone during my appointment (an hour long) be my guest. I've dedicated an hour to be there. But between the excessive texting and vaping - I was livid. However, I haven't seen her since and I decided to not let one person ruin my overall experience. My eyes water a lot so I know I'm not the easiest client - I always warn anyone new that I tear up, ignore me for it because it doesn't hurt me, it's just what my eyes do. Everyone is understanding and feels bad. As I said I've been coming here for 2 years, and have no intention of going anywhere else. If you want excellent work at a great price without being charged for fancy frills - this is your place!

i do not like my nails at all tried to point out issues to nail salon artist i was ignored, nails…read moreare too short, vibe was terrible, interrupted my nails to help other people, other clients, answer the phone, they must've stopped at least 8-10 times during. it took 2+ hours for a uv gel removal and set with nothing fancy added, had no confidence to ask for anything extea as i was afraid it wouldnt come out right. i was charged 90$ for what? added an extra 20$ for a manicure i really wasnt given. even though i was told it would only be 5$ to cut cuticles. nails are sloppy, holes, not aligned, and way shorter than i asked for. even at 70$ this is a subpar job. would not return. at one point i had to cut my nails myself at the beginning because the lady just tossed the clipper at me and said "cut it how you want it" basically. like what? feel as though i was robbed of 90$. seems like half their photos posted are stolen from google. not their nails. especially the matte with gloss french black set. talk about a shady business.

They clearly explained their new protocol and every staff member was very patient with the guests! My wax specialist was Emily. She was so personable and is evidently a very skillful aesthetician! At EWC, they use hard wax exclusively which is significantly less painful and irritating than the type of wax you find at nail salons. I am SO happy with my eyebrows! It's been 3 long months without a wax and I left Emily's lounge feeling like a brand new woman! I will definitely be going again and requesting her.

Unfortunately, I ended up with actual burns and severe irritation on my skin afterward. As a professional, checking temperature before applying wax to sensitive areas is basic safety. Skincare and hair removal require proper technique, and ignoring client feedback about temperature is unacceptable. I now have to deal with soothing burned, damaged skin. I won't be returning and strongly advise others to be cautious.
