Then I go to do my fill and make the appointment and I paid the $25 deposit for the appointment. Again she canceled 1 hour before the appointment with another excuse. She asked if move our session to Tuesday which I just assumed it would be for the same time since she said she just wanted to move the session till Tuesday but I was not getting any responses since Monday. I show up to my 6:30 fill appointment and she is nowhere to be found and the doors are locked... She is not answering any of my calls or text messages and took my $25 deposit. Please please be aware and take my review serious when thinking about booking here. I also have all the text message receipts as well and a picture of me arriving at the building and nobody being there. She is extremely unprofessional and stole $25 from me. Also to add I drove 35 minutes each way.

It took a bit of time to finally get a sit down. They basically yelled across customers to ask what I wanted and to tell me to choose a color from their basket of color palettes. It was hard for me to figure out where I was suppose to get it as they were just shouting it across the shop. The lady did a good job on my nails. I got a dip and she definitely worked hard on it. FYI- They charge extra for credit card. Overall- great job, pretty bad customer service.

Also, it is always loud as they are constantly shouting to each other in a foreign language. Not relaxing. I see them cleaning but the place is just so cluttered and messy; it often feels unclean. Some of the polishes are old. I guess I've kept going back because it was convenient and I liked that they did back massages. However, the constant waiting, loud atmosphere, and often dismissive attitude has just finally turned me away.

Every time I have had a service here, I have always asked for my nails to be hand filed rather than drill filed due to how thin they are. My requests are usually ignored When I need my gel/dip nails removed, rather than a gentle soak off with acetone and polish remover, the tech will JAM ANOTHER NAIL TIP UNDERNEATH my nails to remove them and it is so painful!! When I wince; they always act annoyed or surprised. Like hello? You are tearing up my nails. I thought these behaviors were normal and I lived dreading certain parts of what is supposed to be a relaxing service. Unfortunately I have had this happen at other salons in the area as well. I recently spoke to and received phenomenal service from a professional nail technician who works at a different salon, and she told me that these poor practices are due to laziness and because some salons want to get as many people in and out as they can. Please be aware that this is not ok. Now I know better and will not be back. PS: Once when I asked for the heels of my feet to be scrubbed for callouses, they pulled out A LITERAL LEMON ZESTER TO TAKE THE SKIN OFF MY FEET. I really enjoy her facials--she makes you feel very relaxed and really rejuvenates your skin. My skin feels so supple and glows afterwards. I also appreciate how honest Sheri is with her clients, and how she doesn't try to upsell anything. She recommends facials every three months, whereas other places I have gone to will tell you to come back every 3-4 weeks. Other places will also try to sell you their affiliated skincare products after the facial, but Sheri does not do that if you already have a skincare regimen that works for you. My only complaint is that I always have several strays after my wax, and she does not pluck them afterwards. Otherwise, I've had great experiences with Sheri and would continue to see her for facials if I wasn't moving across the country!

As I handed her the money she said it has to be $40 since this is your first time with me. I clearly stated I was from out of town. If anything I should have been given a lesser amount since I was visiting and this was a 20 minute job. I sat in my car drying my nails with my ac running. Not good I felt taken advantage of because I wasn't local. A pure rip off.
