Went to get my nails done at Bethlehem Nails. Initially I set up an appointment but had a feeling I could just walk in. I ended up walked in but they were completely full. It took a bit of time to finally get a sit down. They basically yelled across customers to ask what I wanted and to tell me to choose a color from their basket of color palettes. It was hard for me to figure out where I was suppose to get it as they were just shouting it across the shop. The lady did a good job on my nails. I got a dip and she definitely worked hard on it. After going there for a few years, I'm done. Seems like making an appointment doesn't concern them. Last night, I waited over 1/2 hour past my appointment time and walked out! No one even seemed to acknowledge me being there or indicate I'd need to wait (once again). Many people there are pleasant but one or two are quite dismissive. Also, it is always loud as they are constantly shouting to each other in a foreign language. Not relaxing. I see them cleaning but the place is just so cluttered and messy; it often feels unclean. Some of the polishes are old. I guess I've kept going back because it was convenient and I liked that they did back massages. However, the constant waiting, loud atmosphere, and often dismissive attitude has just finally turned me away. read more

I had my nails done the day before and absolutely hated the polish once I got home. The polish was super thick, you can barely see the design, and I noticed the edges around the nail weren't as clean. I went back the next day to request the polish to be taken off and only wanted a clear pink polish. They were rude and mocked me about my request and wanted to charge me an additional $22 for a polish change. Not to mention I paid $65 for a refill and "design" plus a $15 tip the day before. very unprofessional, made appointment and came in told them about our appointments and got skipped.

I wish I could put zero starts!! I scheduled an appointment earlier this week for today at 1pm. I normally go with my service animal (4lbs chi) in his carrying bag. he's always quiet and just lays in his bag. after arriving 15 mins early for my app and waiting patiently about 10 mins after my appointment time the same gentleman who has done my nails about 3 times previously approaches me and informs me that he is terrified of dogs and cannot do my nails. I explain to him that this is my service animal, I have been here multiple times and have always gotten my nails done with no issues, including multiple times from him, they have no signs saying no service animals. He then instructs me to leave my service animal on the waiting seats alone if I want to get my nails done. I WILL NOT BE BACK! read more

Will preface this review that I am not hard on my nails, at all. My gel polish manicure only lasted 5 days-- 3 chips and a broken corner on the fourth. Only gave three stars because french manicure was applied beautifully. The previous gel polish I had done elsewhere lasted 3+ weeks without one chip or break on my natural nails. Had a fabulous pedicure with Peter! They offer different kinds of spa pedicures (blueberry, green tea, lavender, etc..) and it was so good. Afterwards you get a complimentary shoulder rub too! It was very clean inside and they followed all covid protocols. Would highly recommend. read more

Literally never going to this salon ever again. I waited for over an hour for a pedicure and manicure, which no big deal I'll wait for a good service. I get my toes done and the guy kept getting up and taking temperatures of people, answering the phone, doing other things. Okay, whatever. Once again not a big deal, I get it, multitask if you want. Then I have a lady do my nails, same thing. Kept answering the phone, running around, grabbing the schedule book. I watched her the entire time with my nails and she was rude. Didn't even look at what she was doing... FILED MY HAND. My hand!!! Rushed the entire thing, wouldn't even let the gel dry before slapping on another coat.... which in return messed it up. So she had to scrape it off and redo it.. now mind you... I got to the salon at 12:30 it's now 2:45 and she's still rushing like a maniac. I'm beyond pissed. She started talking shit to her other employees that my nails are short.. maybe if she actually paid attention to what she was doing she wouldn't have made a mess of it. I have been to about three other salons and Bethlehem Nail and Spa has been the best one so far. I really enjoy my time here whenever I go to get my nails done. Anytime there is a special event where some of my family members want their nails done, we always come to this salon. When you walk through the door it is a very welcoming place. Everytime I get my nails done by them they do it exactly how I want them and when they are done I am always happy with the final product. Fast and efficient! They accept walk-ins and take us without an appointment, which is awesome! At the end they always give you a shoulder massage, a hot towel on your hands, and even a free lotion which is very nice of them. The only complaint I have is sometimes being rushed when you go later in the day, but it is understandable. Even if doing my nails takes longer than when they are opened they will keep doing my nails if they started before closing time. Also, if you don't like how a color looks or they messed up, just ask and they will fix it for you. I have been to my fair share of other salons and this nail salon is the best one I have found. They keep the place very clean from what I've seen throughout the years. They are always cleaning up and making sure it is sanitary with freshly new packages of tools, wipes, etc. Other salons are not as welcoming as this one. This salon does offer pedicures, manicures, gel, acrylic, waxings, etc. Bethlehem Nails and Spa have many pedicure and manicure chairs. Also, the salon has different rooms for other specialties they offer there. A manicure is $15 so it is very reasonable and not an absurd cost. Designs on manicures are separate prices just to be aware. When you are in the nail salon, the smell of nail supplies and nail polish can be overwhelming to people. They have a welcoming station, lots of plants, a fish tank, couch, tv, and more. While getting your nails done, you can look over and watch a television show or a movie on the TV. All in all, I highly recommend going to this salon. They have never disappointed me with my nails. I definitely will be going back many more times to get my nails done by this salon. read more
