For the head, neck and shoulders massage we went upstairs to a beautiful, dim, quiet room with some soothing music playing. The massage was wonderful, I could tell Carol really knows what she's doing. She was finding knots in my back I didn't even know I had! She also let me experience the Tibetan singing bowl - it's a heavy bowl placed on the head and gonged softly so that your entire body experiences the sound and vibration. This method of "Sound Healing" is said to reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace, well being and better health. Very fascinating!
