They are very nice, but the nail polish they have is really old and didn't last as long. I was only getting a pedicure. Like I said, they are nice, but when they trim my nails they curve them too much that I get an ingrown toenail every time I go here. I even told her don't cut too low because I am prone to getting ingrown toenails. read more

John and his team are amazing, kind, talented, efficient, and reasonably priced! for a fill or full set it takes them half hour tops and they last like 5 weeks! I do acrylic with gel polish! Paid $58.00 for a basic gel pedicure. Outrageous!! I didn't even get nail art. I went by the prices that were listed in the flyer they had which said $50.00 for gel but when I asked why I was charged $58.00 I was told they hadn't updated the menu. I live in Florida ana in the swanky area of Winter Park I only pay &50.00 and that is with nail art and a glass of wine, beer, champagne or mimosa. Went there to get my nails done. Wanting to find a place closer to home. First I went on a Friday to get a dip done ( was only the second time ever and the first time at this place) I went in with outgrown dips to be redone and the did not do the dip to the thickness I had when I went in. I returned today to have the dip taken off and acrylic put on because I want the same hi knees I had originally. I asked for Ombré finish and all she did was put pink acrylic on file and buffed them. Then said I was done. I had to go home and fix the majority of my mail be cause they were really uneven and then had to paint them. Very unhappy and will not return. read more

I don't know what these Southerners are thinking, but this salon is one of the best that I've ever been to! I've had my nails and toes done in upstate/western NY, NYC, and central NJ. I will make the hour and ten-minute drive to have my done consistently well. The staff is VERY friendly and receptive of the customers. The prices are very reasonable for a high quality service. In addition to gel manicures and pedicures, I've recently tried their dip-powder gel manicure which lasted three weeks before I needed to come in again. I'm very happy to recommend this salon, and look forward to more trips here! read more

This salon is the worst salon I have ever been to. I have been getting acrylics for years now. They put MMA on my nails as acrylic. MMA acrylic can cause permanent loss and damage of the natural nail, as well as numbness. It is illegal to use in a salon. It ate away at my natural nail and now I need to heal them. Do not go here! The man who did then also cut me multiple times and was very unprofessional and uneducated when answering my questions. read more

I hate writing bad reviews but I think it's necessary in this case. My regular pedicure was fine (but pricey.. All together with a gel manicure my total was $62.. and it was by no means a SPA pedicure) but my gel manicure turned out to be a disaster. The skin around my cuticles is so bad that it hurts to do anything and I don't pick my nails at all. The nail tech was so rough with me, I winced every time she touched me. I didn't see any signs around the salon that they only accepted tip in cash so when I found out I couldn't put the tip on my card I asked where the closest ATM was. They spoke to each other in their native language, laughed and didn't give me an answer. Luckily, the girl I was with offered me a $10 bill to give to my tech. It's now 1 week and 1 day since I got a gel manicure (with OPI polish) and my cuticles are inflamed, full of peeling skin, and the polish is chipping and disintegrating. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will be avoiding it all costs. read more

so i arrived at 2:05 pm on a saturday and asked if i could get a pedicure. i was told there would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. i was placed in the chair, and my feet were in the tub. thirty minutes later i was still there! when i asked when we would start i was told i was number 3! i left...they didn't care....they were busy. honestly, the work they do has been good...but....this was incredibly rude, and was fed by their greed. id stay away. also, theory only take cash, or checks made out to "cash" thats not right. read more

My nails are great but they charged me $40 for a refill! A refill!! That is ridiculous and when I asked about it they yelled at me and was really nasty towards me when all I asked was why it was so much. My friend got the full set and it was 50 dollars. a refill should not be that much and a costumer should not get yelled out when they just asked one question. I am never going their again. Not worth getting charged so much and being treated so poorly. read more

So incredibly disappointed. I have been a customer for about 9 years and after today I may never go back. The new lady doing my nails repeatedly tried to talk me into a service I very kindly tried to decline, so much that ten minutes into it I just said ok, to get her to stop. THEN I wanted to get the tiny hairs underneath my eyebrows cleaned up. And told her I did not want her to shape nor touch my actual brow. Well now here I sit with the most horrendous eyebrows I have ever seen...which may I add have no shape and are entirely too thin. Never again. read more

My normal nail salon wasn't open yet and my daughter needed her nails done for the day for an event. The salon opened 10 minutes late, felt bad for the lady who had at an appointment @ 9. The lady who did my daughters nails kept on insisting that she get tips. I told her that it was just for the day but she kept on with the upsell. Suffice to say, my daughter just got a manicure and polish. The manicure was not good, her cuticles were a mess and bleeding. Polish was clumpy and not smooth. Got a gel manicure and a few days later it started to chip off even entirely off of some nails. I went back, they re-did my nails and the same thing happened. It didn't even last a week. Very unhappy with the quality, And they don't even look up when you walk in, they just bark questions at you and you have to figure out who is talking to you to tell them what you want. I wouldn't mind the lack of courtesy if the job they do was worth putting up with a few long faces. Will go else where next time. read more
