My requests are usually ignored When I need my gel/dip nails removed, rather than a gentle soak off with acetone and polish remover, the tech will JAM ANOTHER NAIL TIP UNDERNEATH my nails to remove them and it is so painful!! When I wince; they always act annoyed or surprised. Like hello? You are tearing up my nails. I thought these behaviors were normal and I lived dreading certain parts of what is supposed to be a relaxing service. Unfortunately I have had this happen at other salons in the area as well. I have a weird mix of long and short chunks for bangs now. To their credit a senior stylist 'fixed' my bangs-its better than what the original stylist did, but it's still a step below good.
