I went to this place on a whim because I needed my nails done. I've only heard good things about this place which is why i'm so confused why I didn't get a good service. Let's start with the fact that my reservation was for 3:00pm and I wasn't started until 4:30. In the middle of a pandemic, my nail tech didn't have mask on. I didn't think too much of it because there was a total of 4 people in the salon, but still. I put the pictures of the nails I was going for. It took her almost an hour to get the length, shape, and apply acrylic. The shape she gave me was way too long, but I didn't say much because I could work with it. I didn't mind. Mentioning that her and the other nail tech were sharing supplies and tools between clients. When I was told to wash my hands, I entered the bathroom and I was absolutely disgusted. It reeked of marijuana and there was a small bowl that had debris floating; along with a nail brush that was practically decaying away. By the time she started on the polish, it was 5:45pm. The application of the polish was so messy and it only highlighted that the acrylic was uneven and bumpy. She was also applying it so lazily and the shade she chose did not match the one in the picture that I showed her almost every 3 mins. When she started the design, it took her about four times before I had to cut the appointment short. I expressed that the polish application was terrible and that I would pay for at least half, but I couldn't have her continue. When I walked out, I had realized that the polish on my thumbs did not cure under the light and I was able to essentially peel the polish off. I had called back the next day expressing how upset I was with my services and wanted a refund. The "manager" told me that I could not get one because of there "no refund" policy. There was not one sign in that place that said anything about a policy. Very upset. I do not recommend that you come here. I have never spent more than 45 mins to an hour getting my nails done and I was there for almost 3 hours. I will be going to Thucc's Nail Salon which is not far from this place. I don't even know what to say. This is my third time attempting to come here. I've heard great things but was proven otherwise. Now I don't know if I can give a bad review of how they do nails, the environment inside the store because I never made it into the building. I made an appointment the day before getting a confirmation email. I show up the day of a little early. Whatever I'm early I'll wait. No one showed up. I stayed there for 45 minutes, tried to called, messaged on Instagram, and sent an email. No answer. So I left. I got my nails done somewhere else and when I got home I read more reviews and I'm glad I didn't get them done there. I later received a text saying her car broke down and she was sorry. Then got an email saying I was a no show and will not be welcomed or able to make a appointment again. I was there. No one else was. Booked an appointment at 4 o clock this past Saturday (appointments are highly recommended fyi) and OMG was I extremely satisfied beyond words! I have been to so many nails places and never quite got my money's worth. I felt like if I wanted to get a decent gel manicure that actually lasted past a week I'd only find it in New York, but this place is amazing. Melissa (thank you again Melissa!) did my nails and I absolutely LOVE my nails. I can't stop looking at them. It took a little over two hours, but she was extremely detailed on each design that she did and honestly I couldn't have been happier. Definitely worth the wait. This is now the only nail salon I'll be going to from now on. read more

This place is the most unprofessional nail salon I have ever visited. At first, looking at the reviews, and pictures, it looked like a really great place. The entire place smells like weed and the owner of the salon was falling asleep with a client's nail in her hand. They are out of most polishes, their credit card machine is broken. She takes payments through cashapp instead. The owner makes up prices per client, and over charges when in need of more money. Find a different nail salon! read more

I made an appointment online 2 weeks in advance and ended up waiting 35 minutes.. the owner (Tina) who I had an appointment with had the audacity to tell the client she was working on that she likes having a $40.00 cancelation fee cause when she is "running late" aka taking other clients knowing she has an appointment coming up they have no choice but to either wait or leave and get stuck with a cancellation fee.. she has NO time management what so ever.. she did not acknowledge the fact she made me wait & she did not apologize. All 3 ladies were super nice & my nails came out PERFECT. the salon was really really cute, they had a ton of gels to choose from, & my experience overall was very pleasant.
