In updating my review I noticed an rather unpleasant review for this salon. Apparently this woman takes some strange joy in being the first to give a decent place a bad review. Remember, there are always 2 experiences. The reviewer's and the reviewee's. In reading some of her other reviews of places that we've had in common I see that she is someone who is probably hard to please and clearly unhappy. It's a shame she takes her crappy life out on forums like this where a rebuttal from the business owners is not an option. Tsk tsk.
