They clearly explained their new protocol and every staff member was very patient with the guests! My wax specialist was Emily. She was so personable and is evidently a very skillful aesthetician! At EWC, they use hard wax exclusively which is significantly less painful and irritating than the type of wax you find at nail salons. I am SO happy with my eyebrows!
