Very clean amid COVID 19. I got a basic manicure and the tech did a phenomenal job. I had two cracked nails. 1 was fixed using the dip powder (which did end up breaking off in a week) and the other I thought she cut past but was still there which split across my nail 3 days later. I think for the service and the cleanliness I'm not taking any stars off. I would definitely go back.

Great nail salon with very friendly staff. Manicures stay on long and pedicures are just right. A+

I was in hot pursuit for a good mani/pedi place in the area and I am sooo happy to have found them.

Don't go! Horrible experience. After 15 minutes of her face being washed. She was told she was done. I confronted the owner who pretended not to understand, and started yelling at me. On their menu, $130 facial would have lasted 70 minutes and includes more than just washing face.

I've been here a lot with the old management but first for the new one. The massage therapist peeled off my underwear (which has happened before) but he was fixated on my butt and spread my butt cheeks inappropriately more than 20 times. He also rubbed himself on my hanging arms. I thought maybe it was accidental since he was short. But! He flipped me over and peeled the sheet very close to my nipples and massaged my chest. Then brought a thin town to cover my chest as he peeled off my sheet. He did it so carelessly that the towel came off with the sheet and he saw everything. He then peeled my underwear down on the front side and started to do abdominal massages which was so close to the entrance of my vagina, I thought I would cry. He then peeled back the towel covering my chest so the underside of my boobs were exposed. So I basically was almost nude with my panties folded down in the front and most of my boobs exposed minus my nipples. At some point, I felt him peel the part of my panties where he can see my vagina. At this point he knew I was uncomfortable so he stopped. At the end, I was so relieved to leave. He asked me if I was a student, which I'm way into my 30s. I don't think it's right and I filed a complaint with the bureau. Stay away.

Every time I have had a service here, I have always asked for my nails to be hand filed rather than drill filed due to how thin they are. My requests are usually ignored When I need my gel/dip nails removed, rather than a gentle soak off with acetone and polish remover, the tech will JAM ANOTHER NAIL TIP UNDERNEATH my nails to remove them and it is so painful!! When I wince; they always act annoyed or surprised. Like hello? You are tearing up my nails. I thought these behaviors were normal and I lived dreading certain parts of what is supposed to be a relaxing service. Unfortunately I have had this happen at other salons in the area as well. I recently spoke to and received phenomenal service from a professional nail technician who works at a different salon, and she told me that these poor practices are due to laziness and because some salons want to get as many people in and out as they can. Please be aware that this is not ok. Now I know better and will not be back. PS: Once when I asked for the heels of my feet to be scrubbed for callouses, they pulled out A LITERAL LEMON ZESTER TO TAKE THE SKIN OFF MY FEET. Pretty sure that is not sanitary nor a safe practice.

Their medical spa is simply the best after only 2 visits with Jennifer in the spa for a photo facial my skin has never looking better. Also I have a difficult rx plan and I thought I would have to wait weeks to get a medication approved from my insurance company but her office got the medication approval before I was even home from my visit. Highly recommend!!!

At the beginning, Dr. Meyer helped clear my acne tremendously with benzoyl peroxide prescriptions. I was very much grateful for this! However, a few years later, my skin stopped responding well, and we needed to switch things up. During this time, we slowly (over ~1 year) went through changing my shampoos and make-up, talking about diet and trying 2 new topical medications. Unfortunately, my acne came back worse than ever before. More frustrating than the acne itself was that Dr. Meyer did not seem concerned by these major setbacks. I started to believe that my skin was hard to work with, that I'd just have to learn to live with acne and the worse part: that I didn't deserve to have clear skin. All the while, Dr. Meyer persistently insisted that the practice's products (cleansers, moisturizers) and treatments (chemical peels, laser treatments) were going to help my skin more than the alternatives. Suggestions like these made me distrust the practice especially. After switching to a new dermatologist, I was immediately offered accutane on the first visit. I've been on it for one month, and my skin has never looked better. I'm not sure how long it would have taken me to get to that point with Dr. Meyer. My new doctor focuses much less on product usage and much more on effective medications. Of course, Dr. Meyer may meet you skincare needs better than she did mine depending on your concerns and relationship. But if you are looking for swift results and unbiased opinions about products/treatments, I would keep in mind my story to help save you extra years of potential stagnation.
