I have been wanting to get my brows micro bladed for years. I've been reluctant because well, it's your face, and it's basically permanent. Mylo makes you feel comfortable immediately. She takes the time to explain the process, answer questions, and she's very precise. She made sure that the outline was EXACT before starting. The first sitting was approximately 2 hours and my touch up appointment (6 weeks after) was about an hour. The photo is the first session. I forgot to take a 6 week healed photo, but my brows look so natural. The color changed over time, softened and matched my hair color. My brows healed exactly as she said they would. I highly recommend Mylo! I get so many compliments and I feel much more confident about my appearance.

This last time when I opted for just a regular pedicure it's clear the lady was rude and began to rush the entire process. My feet looked dry by the time I left. They also add $15 just for gel. I tipped 10% and she didn't seem happy with that- expecting top tip with below average service and quality is soo entitled. When I went to pay she didn't even say thank you or goodbye. Completely happy with my artist, he was efficient & quiet, which suits me fine, as I am not a small-talk type. Other artists were more chatty if that's your thing. Busy place, but not too big. They did seem fully staffed, with 3 people doing nails and I think 2 others doing pedicures behind me. calling ahead seems smart, (I did, and had a same day appt an hour from when I called), even tho they seemed to accommodate some walk-in peeps. Salon was clean & airy with the door open. Patrons and employees were masked, but no temperature check or waiver to sign, unlike my other spot. Will be back! Very pleased.
