They were there to do the hair/makeup of eleven of us. The services were required to be pre-paid which we made sure was done. I kindly asked that the makeup/hair team wear a mask when working on my younger daughter and myself because we are immuno-compromised. They flatly refused. After explaining the medical reason for the request and providing masks we were told "I refuse to wear a mask." As the mother and sister (and maid of honor) we were devastated not to be able to get the services we paid for. We scrambled to put ourselves together as to not ruin my daughter's special day. I hope this post can help another person avoid an anti customer business. If they could not honor the simple request that protects a customer's health and safety they are not a business anyone should deal with.

I live in another state, so this was my one day in Stroudsburg to do my trial. Literally less than a week later (after I've flown home and cannot do a trial with anyone else) she cancels on me to say she is flying to Aruba! You didn't know you were flying to Aruba 6 days ago!?! You just did my trial to take $85 of my money!! Now, when I call her, it goes straight to voicemail. But her cancellation text said, "Don't worry I have a friend who can take you." Yeah, that friend (Tara Matos) charges over $200!! Also, that friend tried to pawn me off on another stylist the first time I spoke to her. No, thank you. As to her skill, Monica has good technique, but she is obviously a one trick pony. Just check her Instagram. No regard for peoples varying facial features or levels of glam. Super lucky!) I went for a wash and blow-out + style, as well as full make-up. Sami did it all. My hair turned out so nicely and I received so many compliments later that night. Sami helped me transform my normally poker-straight hair into beautiful, gentle, natural-looking curls all with the help of a simple curling wand and her expert skills.
