Server was great addressing an issue (that turned out to have been a misunderstanding) regarding the teriyaki salmon; the dark pieces were purple sweet potato rather than beets (as I'd feared). That item was fine, though not sure I'd get it again. Bloody Mary was both spicy, and a bit watery, at the same time. Their house beer was a better option. If I sound as though I'm complaining, I would return!

Dining Experience Review March 3 ,2026 Menu Impressions…read moreMy initial impression of the menu was disappointing. I chose to order a pizza specifically because it featured eggplant. However, when the pizza arrived, it was burnt and the eggplant topping was limited to a few small, scattered pieces, which failed to meet my expectations. Gluten-Free Options and Service I invited a friend to dine with me after seeing that the menu advertised gluten-free options. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not accommodating when it came to ingredient substitutions. They insisted on charging extra for any replacements, and the portion served to my friend was so small that it resembled a sample rather than a full meal. Overall Recommendation Based on this experience, I do not plan to return and cannot recommend this restaurant. While the service was adequate and the staff were pleasant, the restaurant was noticeably half empty during our visit, which may reflect the quality of the experience offered.

-- A Rooftop Gem Where You Feel Like Family…read more I'll be upfront -- I have social anxiety, and crowds can be genuinely overwhelming for me. My first evening up at Tigress's rooftop, I walked into a packed house with no reservation, and it was simply too much. Rather than give up, I called the restaurant shortly before close and asked about reserving a table for the following night. Just one person. What happened next genuinely surprised me. They were absolutely fabulous. Not only did they accommodate me without hesitation, they reserved me a spot in the bar area and had it ready the moment I arrived. The second I stepped off that elevator, I was greeted by name, welcomed warmly, and made to feel like I belonged there. It wasn't a restaurant experience -- it was a Cheers experience. You know the show. That's exactly what it felt like. Service was prompt and attentive from the start. My drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and when I asked for a menu recommendation, the staff guided me toward their signature crab fried rice -- and I am so glad they did. This dish is unlike anything I've had at any Thai restaurant, and I've had crab fried rice at quite a few. The blend of ingredients Tigress uses is truly special. Every element comes together in a way that feels almost magical. Worth every single penny. I've seen a few complaints about pricing, but when you consider the quality of ingredients that must go into this dish and the skill required to execute it -- the price is more than fair. Sincere applause to the entire staff for their grace and kindness. A standing ovation to the chef on duty that evening, and deep gratitude to the executive chef who curated this menu. And special recognition to the bar team -- their craft cocktails are clearly designed to complement the food beautifully. I will absolutely be back. Tigress has earned a loyal guest.

Our server was very nice and conversational, however, I think she might have a habit for forgetting to do something unless she does it right away. Before finishing explaining the sauces with the shrimp crudite, we asked a question and she immediately went to go grab another dip and didn't finish explaining the sauces. I was disappointed in the bananas foster waffles. it said there was banana caramel, and then as a separate item, it said peanut butter maple. I asked probably 2 or 3 different times where the peanut butter maple was as i had gotten my toppings on the side after seeing an order that was drenched go past my table. the first answer i received was that it was the sauce i had in front of me. it was not. it was the caramel. the next time i asked, i was told that the peanut butter and caramel are the same sauce. again, no peanut butter flavor in the sauce. the peanut butter was the thing i was looking forward to the most on the waffle, and by the time she offered to just bring me peanut butter i was almost done with it. i will say that it is a very dense waffle and difficult to cut. i'm not sure if it is supposed to be this way, but i had to use some force to cut into what i thought was going to be a fluffy waffle. we had empty water glasses on our table for quite some time with multiple people passing before being refilled. it wasn't until more people cleared out that we were able to get more water. the cinnamon roll thing: a very nice gesture from the restaurant for birthdays. the cinnamon toast crunch on the outside was nice and crunchy, the caramel gelato between layers was smooth, but the roll itself is a different story. like the waffle, it was dense. not sure if that's because it's served cold but we will chalk it up to that, but the cream cheese frosting has chili and paprika in it! so while we were eating it, all of our throats starting to have a spicy burny feeling in the back. imagine red hots candy for flavor profile. we didn't find out until asking that it has the extra spice in it. just something to note, it might need to be added to server explanation that there is the added spicy element, as there are a lot of people who do not enjoy spicy foods. I stand by my previous reviews that Tigress is strictly a drinks and app place.

Not just any food, excellent food. I usually get a hamburger or nachos. This time, I went all out. I ordered their prix fixe menu: twin lobster tails, salad, potatoes, and asparagus. Mrs. K had the filet mignon with the same sides. I took pictures of the next table's dessert just to show people the quality of their product. I would call their seating beer hall style, where you share tables with other couples.

My friend and I had trouble deciding between a few different entrees because they were all so good the previous time we visited. Both times, I went to the first show of the night so we could arrive early, eat at our leisure, and enjoy the show with some cocktails. I can't speak for the later shows, but I can imagine it. I hit not be as nice of an experience since there isn't as much time to casually sit and order food. I would probably recommend eating somewhere else first and coming to the later shows for cocktails and maybe dessert. The layout is also very nice. The stage is raised up just the right amount so nobody's view is blocked and the acoustics are spot on, making it easy to hear the comedians but not overbearing noise levels. I'll definitely keep on commission g back to off the hook!

Finally, my 30 plus member cigar club, from the Venice FL area decided to make a road trip to Naples, specifically to visit The Burn. Twelve of us made a caravan and left Venice, driving to Naples. We arrived and had no trouble finding nearby parking for all of our vehicles. After parking we entered the lounge finding it to be quite large, with a nice bar, humidor and an outside patio too. We entered the humidor and found a staffer who offered suggestions, cut our cigars and even offered to light them for us. We paid him right there and stuffed his tip jar - that was awesome service. We then gathered in the main room of the lounge and began our cigar tasting while enjoying a few Old Fashion whiskey drinks. Then six of us wandered out to the patio and grabbed a nice large table. The bartenders were fast and service was okay. The servers were awesome, prompt and very attentive to our tables - efficient is a great description. We stayed until about 6 PM and then headed home. It was a very enjoyable adventure. I understand Rocky actually has a birthday there on March 10, 2026. Hopefully I can attend.
