My cars AC was messing up and I have always been skeptical of taking it to a shop let an alone a dealer just due to bad experiences. I came across the valley mechanics and seen work they have been doing so I reached out and spoke with Eddie from day one customer service and communication was A1 I took him my car and explained my issues I was having he explained the process of why it was doing what it was doing etc and what it could possibly be. Next thing you know him and his crew got me right AC blowing ice cold no more issues he made sure I knew why it was doing what it was doing not like these other shops or dealers just trying to up sale the job and say it's this than that and for it still not to work but yet your 100s/ of dollars already into it with the same issue. Thank you to The Valley Mechanic, for saving my van and being honest.... I own a Nissan Quest and I never had problems with it until I moved to Phx. My mpg started to drop from 21 to 18 to 16 until it settled at a measly 15.2. I took it to multiple shops that tried to tell me to flush the transmission replace the fuel injectors, clean the fuel pump, and I paid them to do it, but it didn't help. Then The Valley Mechanic came to the rescue, all that needed to be done was a visual inspection of the air intake hose, it had two giant rips in it... a simple fix he said. Eddie is an honest mechanic who didn't try to swindle me, he showed me the ripped hose and told me that the Phoenix heat had dry rotted most of the smaller rubber hoses in my car and even replaced some of them for free. Honestly one of the hardest working, honest, and humble man that I know, someone who always made sure things were done right! He's probably worked on some of you alls cars Crazy to see my brother, doing the same thing, with the same mentality, work ethic, and dedication to quality without charging arm and a leg. Bright side is that there is another hard working and honest mechanic out there. The head technician Eddie is super knowledgeable and knows every intricacy that there is with auto mechanics. I had a Dodge Dart I bought from an auction and it had major engine damage. He literally rebuilt my engine and it was amazing. He was speedy in perspective to the project he had to deal with and the vehicle was fully functional and I was impressed that he got it done. Eddie and his crew are hands down the best mechanics I have ever had the liberty of working with. They go above and beyond to have your car done right. This mechanic said he was legit and he showed himself to be true. We took in our 2018 Elantra, thinking or struts needed to be replaced. After a test drive with Eddie the mechanic and an initial glance he agreed it was the struts. After the SAME DAY repair we picked up our vehicle and he took another test drive with us. There was still a light clunking in the tires. Eddie offered to replace the motor mount at no additional charge because the issue was not fully resolved. My vehicle sat for months and I paid a lot to have it checked by several mechanics to diagnose the issue, none of them didn't know and started guessing what it was. We got referred to the valley mechanics (of course we were like ok lets see now) and he diagnose it found the issues and told me everything that needed to be done to get it back in the road.
