I was surprised to see the negative reviews for this store. I've been in a few times and have always had great service. Kelvon is usually there when I stop in and he is really efficient, usually taking two customers at the same time to help with the line (although I've only ever had to wait behind two or three people). The UPS store does not use the online scheduling function provided for services. Scheduling any service online is ignored at store level as they have their own schedule. Which they also do not adhere to. My appointment was scheduled at 0930, I was told the associate sometimes shows at 1100 and can be there anytime until 1400. read more

I went in for an i9 verification, and the guy working there was accommodative, efficient, and nice. The store is clean and well run. I'll drive further in the future to use them over a competitor. read more

Scheduled a notary appointment two days before on their website and had such a positive experience. Keivon was welcoming with a friendly personality. This place is a complete rip off. My daughter came in to ship some items home and was charged $91 dollars. When I went to the UPS web site, the charge should have been $21. I understand this place is independently owned and operated, but that is taking advantage of a a college kid. At the end of the day, you should do what's right and quite possibly make a good name for yourself in the community, especially one within walking distance of Disney college housing. Shame on me for not warning my daughter and having her go somewhere else. I was advised on the Facebook parent page for Disney College parents to avoid this place, and I figured she wouldn't be sending anything to home to surprise us. Well, she did...and she won't be back. Have had numerous Amazon packages not be received by Amazon. Had to print a label and was told it would have $5 hold on my card, but would only be charged the cost of the printing (which was a total of 30 cents). I was charged $5.30. Was excited to have a UPS open close by, but after these incidents, I find them untrustworthy. read more

The current manager of this UPS store Mar...s is extremely rude, behaves like a tyrant and thinks he has some sort of delusional power because of his "manager" title....I don't know why the owner hired him because he's not fit to do customer service whatsoever. I asked the clerk for a separate receipt for a couple of my packages so I can keep them organized and the manager chimes in refused to give me a separate receipt... it was so ridiculous that I think the owner should know what's going on because they will definitely lose business with this type of attitude the manager chimes in and says no we're putting everything on one receipt even though I specifically asked for separate receipts for a few items I was returning so that I could keep them separated would be able to tell what was what in case I needed to distinguish the items that were being returned. He doesn't even know what customer service is..he's not even the owner but I guess he wishes he was. This is absolutely the worst UPS store I've ever been to. On numerous occasions Amazon states they have not received my packages that have been shipped from this particular store which I find very shady. Would not recommend. run don't walk, look for another. UPS store. there's more professional stores in the area. When there's only one customer in the store they behave extremely unprofessional very disturbing... I'm done doing business here until they hire a professional and courteous manager that actually likes customers. right now this place is a joke read more

I've visited this business on two occasions. The first time I brought in a box & a led 50" TV that was an Amazon return. They would not accept the QR code from my iPhone. I had to pay $5 to log onto their computer and print the label. They taped up the box for me and sent it to Amazon. The most recent visit I brought an item that I was approved to return to Amazon. Amazon's instructions stated (No box required = No charge - Print out and present Shipping Label). I was told the item needed to be placed in another box and they said (With an attitude of arrogance) that I needed to pay for the new box. I went out to my car and found that I still had the original box. I returned to the counter and was told that I needed to purchase a roll of tape and tape the box myself! I happened to not have cash or available $ on my debit card. Very frustrating - the customer service is horrible at this UPS Store. The employees snickered and appeared to take joy in my situation. I give this business Less than a Star review and will be happy to bring my returns to Whole Foods which offers No Box returns and they package your Amazon return for you no questions asked. Amazon has been notified about this business and the horrible customer service. read more
