This place always has the most straight forward friendly staff, way better than USPS haha - who keep you in check, and your anxiety on high. Just wish they were still located inside Hanes Mall. The extra trip now makes these errands slightly more inconvenient. Also always parking available right outside and every time I have been - no queues. Hope I didn't just jinx it. read more

This UPS location charges more for shipping than anywhere else in town AND will charge you 5$ to print an Amazon return label. UPS stores are all privately owned and this owner must be a greedy and horrible person for charging nearly 5$ for the use of an email service that is completely free to use. I know for a fact that their employees do not get paid nearly enough to deal with that. I don't ever want to be upset at the person at the counter, they should not have to enforce a rule that is blatantly robbing the customer. The price to send an email should not cost more than a whole pad of paper. THE OWNER is a disgrace to every UPS location I have ever been to, and I USED to use this company a lot. read more

I just brought in over 100 lbs of personal shredding after missing 2 community shred events because trucks were full. UPS employee 'V' turned my day around with how helpful he was. V helped me unload my car and set me up with a fresh shred bin. I was there for a while and saw how positive V's interactions were with many customers. Super quick to drop off my amazon returns....in and out. Very nice staff and clean store. Conveniently located off Jonestown road.

I came in to drop off a package, normally I'd drop it and head out. Unfortunately, I needed a receipt so I had to wait. This store was extremely busy. However, Angel, the customer service rep was absolutely killing it. She had a great attitude and was doing her best to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. When I came in, there were about 7 people waiting. When I left, 7 new people. She was handling it so well. Wish I could tell her again that she was killing it. read more

It only takes one time to know I'm not going there again ! The store was not open on time had customers waiting in the cold. We left and came back and it was finally open. The girl there seems to hate her job ! She was rude and didn't inform us of anything. I ended up waking out because of the attitude she gave out! My advice cut your fake nails so you can type better, and If you don't like your job go eles where, customer service clearly isn't for you! Sad though the two other girls I've had awesome service from. But this one girl nope I'll drive the extra mile to the other location. Or use amazon more ! Three bad experiences here. First, I took my Dyson heat-cool fan here for a recall notice, but Dyson said they never received it. Two different people at this UPS store said they didn't have a record of shipping it, because they purge recall records every 6 months. Second, my husband physically took a package there to ship on a weekend, and they charged him an extra $16 fee for "Saturday pick-up" without notification or even the option for them hold it until Monday. Third, I just tried to ship some super-light packing cubes, and they quoted me $90 for delivery by Christmas and $40 for delivery after Christmas. Instead, I went somewhere else and shipped them via FedEx. It was $26, and they will arrive before Christmas. Never using this UPS store again. Update: The owner of another UPS Store was able to find the tracking number for the Dyson fan, which had been delivered. With the tracking information, Dyson agreed to replace the unit. Thankfully, other UPS stores actually care about their customers. read more

They informed me that they were moving and I decided to rent a box closer to my house. This place has disappointed me all month, from repeatedly coming back because your notary didn't know simple penmanship causing my loan to be denied for only that reason 3 different times and having to come back to refax it every single time to today, coming in joyfully saying hi to the young lady atleast 3 different times while searching for my amazon return code i looked at her and was just ignored. Total buzz kill,I didn't catch her name but she looked ethnic with straight hair. The black male in there seems to be the only normal one never with an attitude, literally If you don't like your job find another one. I will NEVER use UPS again. I shipped Christmas presents for my entire family from this location and upon arrival everything, minus the Panasonic sonicare toothbrush, was included. I know I placed the item in the package. Shame on me for not insuring the package but also shame on the store for not asking if I would like to insure the package. I could not be more upset regarding this situation. Called the store to check their lost and found, even though I KNOW I included it in the package I sent, no item seen resembling the toothbrush according to the store clerk... NEVER AGAIN! read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I went in this store with an oversized box that the post office wouldn't take and was going to cost me over $150 to ship with UPS. I had extra room in the box and the staff there was so helpful and nice, they helped me cut down the box so it fit my item but was no longer considered oversized, ended up costing me only $33 to ship! There were 3 staff members working that day and all 3 were super friendly, helpful, and get 5 STARS in my book! THANK YOU!!!!! I'm a customer for life! read more
