They offer printing, shipping, scanning, faxing, passport photos, shredding, notary services and mailboxes. They are located in the same parking lot as the Lowes Foods, it is very convenient for those living or working in Lewisville. We also appreciate they are now open 7 days a week (they were previously closed on Sundays). The ladies that work there are always friendly and very efficient, as well. We've visited other UPS stores but this is our favorite. We learned today they have been here over ten years and in the early years, the owner considered closing for lack of business. Now, they say there is always a steady stream of people.

The staff are helpful and efficient, and I have used their services beyond simple shipping and returns to certain large online retailers. I used them for printing on heavy card stock paper once, and though that is not something they seem to have to do often, they did get it all figured out after one misprint. The misprint itself was not bad, and they allowed me to keep the "bad" batch in case I needed extras (this was a menu for a Yelp event). I ended up reusing the paper as a convenient way to take notes! All said and done, if you need a UPS store, don't hesitate to come to this one. The one bad review doesn't even appear to related to the actual store itself... just an angry rant about UPS not being able to find their house.
