Never have I ever had a worse experience shipping a package - the ones that did come (28 days late) arrived damaged with multiple broken items inside. The employees were much more focused on being condescending and rude than they were on doing their job. I was in on Mon.11/30 there were two people at the counter ,separate checkouts,I waited by the door until one counter opened up. I was waived to come up to the counter while another person was still there. I stated I will wait until the customer had finished, he then waived me up again & I stated again I prefer to wait until the customer had finished their transaction. The employee yelled out to me "GO WAIT OUTSIDE". I was shocked & asked him if I heard him correctly & said yes. I told him I will be posting his rude behavior online & will not patronize this local establishment, with the hope others will see this & do your shipping at other locations due the rudeness & lack of manners! read more

Cannot believe how rudely I was treated here. Was pestered to know exactly what I was shipping, even after I told them it was nothing delicate, had batteries, etc. When I told them exactly what was in the package, the presumed manager (older man) snarkily commented that I finally told him what he needed to know (USPS doesn't pester to know exactly whats in a package, so don't get why they're so persistent here). Then was quoted almost $80 to ship the package to Hawaii. Headed to USPS, shipped the package priority (3-day) for $17. Nothing against UPS as a company, but don't go to this UPS store unless you wanna get treated rudely. read more

This is my local ups store, super convenient and fast. I always bring my items already packaged and ready to go, so the visit is is quick and efficient. Bruce is the best employee there, he's possibly a tad slower then others, but is always really friendly and good for a nice conversation over mailing labels about NCIS and CSI :) They've had a couple surly teenagers work there over the summers, and they were a pain. Rude to customers as well as other employees, you could tell their parents made them get summer jobs and they hated it. Boy am I glad to see them go, every time I went in I wanted to shake them and yell "manners! Your mother would be appalled at your attitude!" Thankfully, all is well until June at this ups store, and I'll keep coming here for friendly and fast shipping. read more

I recently visited this UPS location in order to package and mail a large framed picture for my mom's birthday. I was there with my baby, and it was POURING outside. By the time we made it inside, we were both soaked. Unfortunately, the cost to package and mail the picture was way too much, so we ended up not actually paying for anything this time around. However, I wanted to still leave a review, because the person who was helping me went out of his way to help me get the big frame back out to my car again. Even though I told him it wasn't necessary for him to help me, he insisted. I realize that this small gesture of kindness may not matter to some people, but I'll tell you, I'm so grateful for any help I can get these days. I have three young kids, and I'm exhausted and overwhelmed basically all the time. Moments like this renew my faith in humanity and change my whole day for the better. Sorry I didn't spend any money in your store that day, but I will definitely be using you guys for all of my future shipping needs. Thanks so much. read more

Staff very friendly but this store does not notarize "at will". FYI in the event you're looking for a notary call them first or go elsewhere. Apparently only the owner is a notary so when he is at a different store you need to go to that store, the staff at this store can't provide the service. They were super friendly and kind though. read more

This UPS has one of the rudest customer service. The manager did not understand the problem and was very condescending towards me. He made a big scene as he was doing me a favor. I live in the area and come here often, but will not anymore. Would rather drive somewhere else for better customer service. read more

I love coming here to do my returns rather than the post office. I forget to bring my own tape sometimes and Bruce is always more than happy to help me. Everyone here is very kind and works very diligently. I only come to this UPS location and have never been disappointed. read more

I've been using this store several times in the past when shipping a large package (rather than dropping an envelope in one of their street-boxes). Always very pleasant, very helpful and very professional. Last time we shipped a large box to NY, which arrived with some damage to its content. The manager at the Wilmette UPS store, Nicole, was able to print my entire order an hour before closing for the weekend. The documents turned out great, I flew out a day later, and the interview went great. Great service! read more
