We had a rush job that we needed in less than a week. It was a small order of three custom T-shirts. The Evanston shop was very helpful and got it done in the timeframe we'd asked for. The printing came out well and the quality of the shirts was very good. read more

Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland recently opened an account with Underground Printing to order logo merchandise, and we could not be more pleased with the experience. As a nonprofit organization, quality, professionalism, and timely delivery are extremely important to us--Underground Printing delivered on all fronts. We ordered the UV Dry Mesh Polos mainly in burgundy but also ordered some extra additional colors with our round logo for our new employees. In addition, we ordered the Navy Heather pullovers and jackets, which were amazing, and we used our horizontal logo. Our order had multiple products and colors and logos. Their customer service is exceptional, and the quality of the products exceeded our expectations. Their communication was impeccable throughout the entire process. They accommodated multiple product types and two different logos with ease, keeping us informed every step of the way and ensuring our order arrived in time for our company Christmas party. I worked directly with Brian Rasinski, who has been outstanding from the very beginning. He helped set up our account, guided us through the ordering process, and responded promptly and thoroughly to all of our questions. I highly recommend Underground Printing to any business or organization looking for high-quality merchandise and top-notch customer service. They truly made this process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. read more

EXCELLENT customer service! Great proces, especially for a rush job. After I ordered I realized I missed a couple orders. Added them on, paid that invoice then got a text that I needed three more. Again, no problems. Delivery made within a week, great quality. Will DEFINITELY use them and recommend them for custom prints!! Thank you! read more

I ordered logo T-shirts for my recording studio staff knowing that my design choices would be pricey. The communication and attention to detail were remarkable. My order arrived on time and I couldn't be more pleased. Shoutout to Jessica. Thank you! read more

Long story short, I custom-made a t-shirt here and it was great. The quality of the final product was very high, and it was exactly what I wanted because I had complete control of the design process. I spent many hours perfecting the design, so therefore became very familiar with their online tool. It was very detailed, almost to the point of having too many choices. I understand that they have designers who will work with you, but if you want to control everything yourself, you can. And then you can trust that they will deliver exactly what you intended. read more

Heading out on a 'girlfriend trip' to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday and we decided to get matching t-shirts. 8 women + 8 opinions = 1 hot mess! Being a local, I popped in to meet with Lucy F. and tell her what our ideas were and the general idea of what we wanted our shirts to look like. We used the graphic design services offered at Underground Printing (free with your order) and after several iterations, ended up with EXACTLY what we all wanted. Lucy was so patient and easy to work with. She not only helped me pick the best shirt for our group, but made sure the design met our vision. Definitely a 5-star experience and a 5-star product. Their communication was excellent and the delivery timing was spot on. read more

It was easy to create the design I wanted on the Underground Website. I placed the order and within a few days Sam and Sophia, two employees reached out via email to confirm the design and work with me to make sure it was what I wanted. They were both so friendly and competent. I confirmed my design and within a week it was at my doorstep. I am very happy with my design! I would recommend this service to people looking to make custom apparel. read more

Very good service. Right on target with pj's Colleges of Cosmetology request. Very helpful through the entire process.

The Absolute Worst Experience! I worked w the Evanston location. Sent my design a month ago, finalized everything and submitted design. I had to reach out to see how the process was going a week later, told things were moving a bit slower because power outage but still on schedule. Then receive an email that they can't do my design because of a trademark. I call email and text to try and figure it out and fix the issue, I have not received a call or email explaining the issue or seeing how we can get the issue fixed! The WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! read more

Great costumer service! I used to use "One Hour Tees" for some of the printing I was trying to get done. Lately they seem to have this attitude that they're the only game in town. I was fortunate enough to find "Underground Printing" on my first shot trying a new t-shirt printing service and I have not been disappointed. I have worked with Sophia on two small projects now and her customer service is first-class. They'll send you proofs with a mock-up for approval and double check all of the details before finalizing your order. Some people may find this tedious, but as somebody who moonlights as a graphic designer I really appreciate it. Never any fuss or issue tweaking some of the details before the order goes through. Keep up the great work Underground Printing!!! read more

I'm with a large student group at Northwestern University that uses UGP for all apparel needs. We're a student-run production company that interacts with many prominent names in the entertainment industry, and so it's important for our apparel to look good and be well-made. UGP definitely fulfills that need. Quick turnaround, great quality work, excellent prices, and fantastic customer service. Every time we print a new t-shirt or sweater, we always get compliments on how they look. A prominent hip-hop artist that we brought to campus even asked for one of our t-shirts once. That's a compliment if I've ever heard one! Definitely look into using UGP. You won't regret it. read more

This place is fantastic. I was late in getting a custom gift made. They were responsive and helpful. The proofing process was thorough and end products were great! I can't praise them enough. read more

My t shirts were ready 4 days early! I went in on a Monday, and picked them up on Friday. Originally I was told that shirts are ready 7 business days after ordering. The shirts look great! They printed the photo large and clear, and the colors look perfect. read more

I worked with UGP for a custom t-shirt. My daughter had made the artwork, and honestly I wasn't the best person on my team for this task. But Sophia helped me get the right shirt, choose the best way to print to match the artwork and colors. It came out looking great, and was on time per the promised delivery time. Everything worked out great and UGP was super helpful all through the process. Thanks, the t-shirt will be a great memento for everyone on my team, thank you!! read more

I would highly recommend Underground Printing. Beyond the service being friendly and extremely responsive, they deliver accurately and with quality. I used them to print hats for my start-up business Sleevecandy.com and I had to change the logo after the proof. They quickly adjusted my logo at no extra cost. They also made prescriptive recommendations on how writing would turn out on the back. Given my changes lengthened the process, they still were able to provide quick turnaround and managed to meet my deadline (actually got them to me a day before I needed them). On quality, price, and service, I highly recommend. read more

This is the beat place to get custom apparel. I've worked with them several times over the past 8 years and their selection is amazing. I've ordered shirts, hats, tote bags, drawstring bags and more. They are really awesome at working with me on the design, since that is not my strong suit. Their online approval process is so easy! Their prices are fair. And they are really great about working on a tight deadline. I highly recommend this business! read more

This Evanston Newbie LOVES UPG! It was my first time using your tee shirt printing services and you beat out all the competitors, including OneHourTees.com which I will now call OneHourInvoice.com! UPG beat out the competition in price! In friendly service (virtual high five Kelcie!) In speed and efficiency. Turning around 100 tees so fast with artwork we liked then edited was an amazing feat! Thank you for rocking so hard UPG, I will recommend you always!!!! read more

I uploaded my design and had my tshirts in 2 weeks. Great quality and service.

I was very happy with the customer service and print quality. It's hard to find companies that really take care of their customers these days, but Underground Printing sure does! We ordered over 300 shirts for the Wild Things conference. They were very affordable and the print quality was among the best I've seen anywhere. I highly recommend the sustainable fabric shirt by Anvil. It's affordable and you feel good knowing your clothing isn't destroying the planet! read more

I cannot recommend Underground Printing enough for any custom screen printing needs. We use UGP for all of our company custom shirts and they are great to work with. Their people are very professional and are always able to turn around our orders very quickly. In the one order where we had a small stain on a shirt they let us keep it and got us a new one within a few days. When doing custom shirts their artists have been able to turn my ideas into exactly what I was looking for and the turn around for product always seems to be very quick. We just used them last month to make custom bowling shirts for all our employees for a company event and the shirts were a HUGE hit with everyone. I look forward to working with Underground printing on our next company shirts and plan on continuing to do business with them for a long time! read more

My group needed shirts for Tough Mudder this year, and out of all the places I requested a quote from (about 7), UGP was by definitely the cheapest (and I got the quote immediately). The representatives were SUPER helpful and accommodating. They followed up with me right away and answered any questions I had. I also needed to add on a shirt late, which they helped me with, no problem. They had great communication and responded to emails quickly and professionally. The turnaround was 8 business days and I picked the order up in store for free! I will definitely be ordering from UGP again! read more

BIG THUMBS DOWN for lack of customer service. From my sole experience with UGP, they have come across as flat-out unhelpful if you want anything out of the ordinary. I am an Evanston local and asked if they could simply burn a screen for me. The person I spoke to gave me the "it's not our policy or in our business model" speech. I said, "Why don't you do this? It's obviously in your capacity." Says he: "It's just not in our business model. And we reuse our screens." So? I'd be buying the screen from you. I've run businesses before, and my business model is, you know, serving customers. Even if the request is slightly out of the ordinary, but well within my means. What he didn't know was that I was making mockups for a series of 3 much larger t-shirt runs. I'm going to un-recommend this place to my boss, even though she lives pretty much around the corner. read more

Alani and Sophia at UGP are both great to work with! Both are super responsive, organized and accommodating of customer requests. It was my first time working with UGP and they walked me through every step of the way. UGP even suggested a better product for us than the one we selected, which came out to a cheaper price. The site is fairly easy to use. I think the interface could be improved a little (i.e., it'd be great to be able to delete or duplicate designs) but it served our needs! If you need any promotional or branded or apparel, I'd highly recommend working with them. read more

Worked with Sophia on a huge order for a fundraiser I did. She was wonderful and got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. Turn around time for production of the order was super quick and the cost of the order was very reasonable! The design also turned out beautifully. Delivered a time-sensitive order for my company, competitively price matched, and allowed me to approve my design and pay online all while working closely with a rep over email who addressed my concerns (Sophia).
