When I stumbled on this place 3 months ago I thought it was great because of the customized Chicago…read morethemed art for clothing pieces and the staff members informed us that if we ever had a problem with the pieces (print wearing off or design problems) that they will fix it for free because they guarantee quality and want to keep customers happy. Today's experience was terrible, I will definitely not be giving my business to these guys again. They charged me $5 to fix a bandana I had already paid $25 for three months ago (so $30 for the same quality bandana you can find for $1-$3 but with an iron - on print). We also bought a shirt for my brother and the print quality looks terrible compared to our previous shirt and hoodies (looks very cheap and flimsy). Bottom line, save yourself a lot of money since everything in this space is way overpriced and order from one of the many online custom shops with better quality.
