The most horrible experience ever. I paid 35 to overnight important time sensitive documents which included a money order. Long story short, they delivered it to the wrong address. The document was overnight-ed on a Wednesday. I called everyday and more than one week later, the document was still not delivered. I called this store and one of the workers says they can't locate the package. I still have yet to find out where the package went. Needless to say...Never again. SCREW UPS! Rude "new management" I asked for tape and they said we sell it. Just need it a little bit of tape not a whole roll. Still charged me for 2.99 for take and 3.00 for service fee. I literally just witnessed her dealing with an elderly woman trying to understand their OUTRAGEOUS rates and she ROLLED HER EYES IN FRUSTRATION. This UPS location is awesome. I recently went in to ship a desktop computer to Hawaii and forgot my package label. The young man at the front desk was very patient as I found the slip hidden in my email and even gave me a discount on the shipping charge (it was over $160). The customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely continue to use this store as my main UPS location. read more
