Even after I said I would go find a smaller box. Glad I found this location. The woman there (did not catch her name) was very pleasant. She found the perfect sized box I needed, and advised that using their box would ensure my package was covered by their insurance. Right after I walked in, several customers entered. She was very courteous, accepting drop off packages so customers didnt have to wait until my transaction was done. But she was very quick and efficient (we're talking less than a minute) so I did not feel at all inconvenienced. Overall I got wrapped up pretty quickly and got my package boxed and shipped for a couple $$ less than the other place quoted me, and the way I wanted it. Close to work, so I will definitely revisit for my future shipping needs.

I rented a Maibox at this location and needed to have my mail forwarded while I'm out of the area and every experience has been seamless and pleasant. They are always happy to help and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and efficiently. It's rare to find customer service this consistent and genuine. I truly can't recommend Matt and his team at this location enough-- 2024 West 15th St in Plano set the standard for excellence! Thank you all , Sheri S.

When I approached the counter, the young lady asked me if I was there to drop off packages and I said no I need to mail them and get a label on them. I was rather brutally informed that there was only one more minute until her lunch hour, and that I needed to return in an hour in order to have her put labels on my packages. There were other people in the store and the doors were open. Incredulous that someone wouldn't be willing to stay an extra three minutes and take my packages when I was there during operating hours that is mind-boggling to me. This is the second time at a different location that I have gone to a FedEx office on a Sunday and have been rudely treated by the staff. If FedEx is going to be open on a Sunday, they need to staff in a way that allows their employees to treat customers with respect for their time. As it is now, I am driving to another location down at 6:35 and the tollway where I have received wonderful service. Shame on you, FedEx office.

I handed the clerk my package and she asked if I needed a receipt- well, Yeah I do! How else am I going to prove my package is on its way back to the vendor!?! And how else to track it? I just thought it was a redundant question. Are there that many people that don't want a receipt? Overall, the experience was just O.K.

Today Mario was so patient and kind even though I could not figure out how to do a return on Amazon on my iphone. He waited and waited for me to figure it out and I finally gave him my phone and he took it and quickly showed me how to complete the return. What a gracious man who is an asset to Staples.

We all know Staples is an office supply chain, but my latest venture into this place tells me that…read morethey are looking to diversify their offerings, and the focus on office supplies is getting murky. Upon pulling up to this location, you see a large banner on the side of the building touting a collaboration between Staples and the defunct Party City. This is a partnership that brings in balloons, helium and other event items. This could be a smart move by Staples to integrate special event items. "Oh, Debbie from Accounting is celebrating her 10 year anniversary with the company?" You can pick up a balloon bouquet and streamers while you're picking up some toner. It's not a bad pivot, it's just that first and foremost, I think the selection in their office supplies is narrowed to make room for stuff like this and some ginormous bargain bins I'll go into momentarily. Problem is I think Staples prices are steep, and it's not like you are getting exceptional service or an immaculate atmosphere to make up for it. I only find myself at Staples as a last resort. On this occasion, I had come for some packing supplies. I begrudgingly paid the ridiculously high prices because I needed the supplies, but time and time again, I find Staples is not synonymous with value, or the breadth of selection I would expect in 2026. While I was making my way from the furthest reaches of the store (which is where they keep the shipping supplies) to checkout, I was temporarily distracted by some curiously large bins that held some of the most random things. Things you would not expect to find at a Staples. Things like nose strips, multipacks of paprika (yes, the spice), romance novels...basically junk. This stuff gets put out once a week and each successive day, the price of the items in the bins gets reduced. It's like troughs of crud. I'd much rather them focus on bringing in the best assortment of office supplies instead of diverting to bargain basement tactics. Instead, I'd like to see more selection of office supplies at better prices. It's really that simple.
