While we couldn't get the ApplePay medium to work, the owner recommended I pay in cash (my total was only 30¢ for printing two black and white pages), so as I was coming back from my car, a kind fellow-VC resident has offered to pay my dues! After calling 3 other UPS stores, FedEx, and Staples, all of which couldn't even answer the type of printers they used (inkjet or laser), I called Fabio who was not only immediately knowledgeable on his product, but extremely helpful. I came to him with a crazy idea of making custom temporary tattoos, something I've never done before, and he greatly assisted without any judgement, which is so hard to come by as a woman who is often times doing unusual things. It is so rare that I sing the praises of a man, but Fabio has made a customer for life. Thank you Fabio! (It should be noted that I provided my own tattoo paper, that is not a product they offer, but most other places will not let you bring in your own paper- so another huge bonus here. She offered to stay late and wait for him so he would be able to check in and get his unit and unload his truck the same day. I live closer so I went in and handled everything and she truly was helpful, and made it a very easy process. My friend finally got there with his U-haul after 9pm and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this facility, the staff is very friendly and they really go above and beyond to help you. My friend rented a unit on the second floor, I did not notice a huge temperature problem like other people mentioned. They have a freight elevator that fits 2 dollies, you load it up and send it up, walk up the stairs and unload the elevator. They also have a U-haul drop off! The facility is huge and clean! I have used PostalAnnex for all types of services including shipping, notary, and printing. Seems they are always eager to help their customers, my latest visit being no exception. In fact, they went out of their way to patiently assist me with a complicated shipping ordeal. Kinda like the good old days when a business would do whatever it takes to help their customers. Who remembers THAT. Anyway, I won't bother with the details, but it included dealing with the incompetence of the business to which I was shipping. PostalAnnex had everything taken care of in a jiffy.... as usual. Coming here is like bringing a heap of problems, dropping them on their counter, and they magically make them go away! Since I started this review, I had to go back to PostalAnnex because the replacement product I received from the shipper had the exact same defect as that which I previously returned. Just like my first visit, they had my shipping receipt ready before I even knew what happened!
