My father passed away and the next day I brought in a 123 year old antique portrait of my grandfather to be packed and shipped to my home in Maryland. Along with feel grief I was very nervous about this antique arriving safely. It obviously had sentimental value to me but as a historical piece, it was important to me to preserve it. Initial send out wasn't bad at all. However when my package was lost, i call this store and I tell them.I need to file a claim on a package that you guys lost. I was told to ask nicely if you can believe that or not. So I said okay.Please file a claim on a package that you guys lost. I was hung up on and nobody answered my phone call again. I have had my fair share of Amazon returns over the years. I have been to this store multiple times. There have been many times when it has been insanely busy. I have seen people mailing stacks and boxes of stuff. Only one time I recall that the staff seemed kind of grumpy. That's the exception that proves the rule. Those are good odds. They get to be human. All of the other times they have been polite, professional, and genuinely pleasant. Those are rare qualities. They wait patiently until I find the QR code on my phone. They don't seem in a hurry, although you KNOW they have so much more that they could be doing. If someone is occupied in the back they come to man the registers immediately. DON'T USE THIS awful store. I went to this location to send a gift to Mexico. This guy Dorian had the worst customer service ever. He didn't have patience with me and was asking me questions on what the material of my gift was to the point I had to open my gift after I told him I bought it at Kohls. He replied people send use items all the time. He made me give him my phone number three times and said he didn't find me in the system when I have used this place many times before. After an unsuccessful service Iand someone wishing me a good day I came out of the store. I returned and told him that I wish he will have a 90 year old mother to whom he will need to send a gift to which he replied " Get out of my store I am calling the cops on you" HOW ABOUT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE? I have never been treated so poorly in my life by an employee. I waited to have my packages scanned in because I am a small business and need to make sure they track so I am protected in case of lost packages since it's the holiday season. Dorien scanned them and I asked a basic question of "How can I ensure the packages are actually tracking after you scan them since last week one never scanned until delivery?" He immediately became combative and aggressive with me saying it's not his problem and there is nothing they can do it's all on the driver and maybe I shouldn't use their service if I was so worried about it. His manager came up and tried to explain in more detail and a much nicer way the reasons why and he just kept talking over her antagonizing me saying he already told me and I just need to leave. When I told him I'm trying to listen to what she's saying he lost it and was like you don't need to we already told you, get out. I started to leave and then tried to get my packages back to take elsewhere but the manager assured me they would be scanned. Dorien is aggressive, rude, a bully and as seen in other reviews mentioning him it's not just me who has had a run in with him. I can't understand how asking a question elicits him to fly off the handle at me, and yes I definitely was rude back to him after that because I'm not going to let someone yell at me for asking a question. I will probably be switching back to fed ex and usps for my heavier items to avoid being treated like that. It's a Saturday afternoon and I needed a Notary. UPS store is close by and convenient. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

So my wife called the store to check if the notary was there. We live in vail. They said yes it's a Saturday. She rushed over there and got there at 4:30 pm there advertise that they are open till 5:00 p.m. They told her that there are no notary services after 4:30. She got there at 4:30!! read more

I overnighted​ a 30-day move-out notice to my mother's assisted living facility on the east coast because I was moving her to Tucson. UPS lost the letter so now the facility is charging my mother almost $7000 for breaking the lease. UPS will not hold themselves accountable for their mistake and my mother is stuck paying this money. This is wrong on so many levels. All they will pay for is "the cost to replace the letter." What good does that do my mother? Replacing the letter will not reverse the $7000 charge. read more
