One of the workers was very rude. She was a older woman and closed the door at 2:29 pm when they close at 3pm and did not take my package that just needed to be scanned she spent more time arguing then it would have been to scan a package. Took the last customer 10 seconds prior to me walking in, not good customer service and they are closed the next day on Sunday, a good employee would have taken the package. read more

The manager of this store needs to get fired asap! He doesn't know how to manage a store He is rude. Cant speak english and he is always sipping on tea while there is a long line of customers. And only 1 person at the front counter. Never has adequate staff and he dosent pitch in to help either when the lines r long. UPS needs to read this and investigate. If you value customer service go to any other UPS store in Tracy. This place has 0 customer service skills and that's the number of stars they deserve. (Just ask him he'll tell you) I very patiently waited for a drop off receipt and watched who I believe is the owner, take several phone calls before helping myself and another customer. I very politely pointed out to him that he should tend to the customers in the store before spending time on the phone. He immediately began to argue and yell at me in front of a store full of customers. I'm outraged. He should be ashamed to call himself a business owner. The other UPS stores are great. **DO NOT COME HERE FOR FINGERPRINTS** I went here with my 5-year old niece to get my fingerprinting. I thought it would take 10 minutes but NOPE it did not. I had a horrible experience at this UPS location. First, I arrived at 9:30 am. I was second in line, when two people came in together right behind me. I guess they knew the lady who was doing the fingerprinting because she told them to come up to the front of the line. What the heck??! Hello? Didn't you see me?? It took FOREVER for the lady to complete the finger printing. So, around 10:30 - 11ish...she's finally done with their fingerprints. They were in DEEP conversation because I know they weren't just talking about their fingerprints. Finally, the lady get to me and is rather rude, she never makes eye contact with me, keeps brushing me off like I was invisible. I have no idea why she was this way towards me. Then, she asks me what I want. I say fingerprinting. She looks at my form and says that I didn't fill out the mail code. I'm like, oh! okay, I'll call right now and get the mail code. She goes on to help another couple behind me. The couple behind me said they will wait for me because they needed to get documents notarized. How kind of them. BUT, the fingerprinting lady (I think her name was RAJ) tells them that she'll just help them anyways. I'm like wtheck? She knew I had been waiting around for an hour and half!! Anyways, I get the mail code. And now I have to wait for Raj to finish up with the couple. OMG! She was talking to them FOREVER! It's now noon and my 5 year old niece is complainig that she's hungry. I feel so bad for the girl. She was so good too. We wait, wait, and wait. It's now almost 12:30. I try to keep my niece occupied with my iphone, but she gets bored of that. Seriously, Raj finishes up with the couple around 1 o'clock. By this time, I'm p*ssed! She seriously was just chatting with them about everything, where they came from, what kind of house are they buying. blah, blah, blah, blah. My niece kept telling me how hungry she was so I butt in on the converstation. I ask Raj how long will this take? She says she has no idea! I leave and don't come back. This place was terrible. I waited almost 3 hours at this store and for no reason. The lady was rude and I will not be coming back to this UPS store ever. I guess when you know the owners you don't have to follow Covid protocol. Everyone in the store plus the two young ladies at the counter were wearing masks but a man claiming to be from Allstate decided he didn't have to wear one. When asked to put on a mask by an employee he referred to the owner by first name and said not to worry about and for her to continue working. It's people like this that need to stay home. I went to the store to ship some items and left an open box by mistake. I received a call from Amit the manager and he was literally abusing me and said never come to my store. I had to stop him to even understand the fact that I had left a open box. After apologizing for leaving the box, I gave it back to him just because he wouldn't stop yelling. I am never going to this store and will formally lodge a complaint to UPS regarding Amit's behavior. read more

Notary is horrible. showed up at 2:25 for 2:30 appt. waited until 2:35 for him to show up. he then takes a walk-in in front of us. makes us wait 20 more minutes to finish with them. finally gets to us. while going over documents he wouldnt stop talking to other people about other business, making it take even longer. finally get done and mail our documents in. bank rejected them because he crossed out various words in the document that he didnt like. read more

A waste of time and money. My family and I have been a customer of UPS stores for over 10 years and have NEVER had anything bad to say about one of them until today. This store has no sense of what customer service is nor do they care to move faster than a snail. Spent an hour and half waiting to send a fax today. They said it was a "communication error" with the receiver. Went to a different UPS store a mile away and it took them not even 10 minutes. Indian guy working there is extremely rude. We needed to return something from Amazon so we dropped it off there. The package was delivered to us again the next day. We took it back there and he said they had no control over the deliveries of the truck drivers and stated to call UPS. We were like I thought you were UPS. He said he couldn't do anything else for us. We took it to the one on Tracy Blvd near Save Mart. This store is usually fast witch is a plus. Recently visited to send a package with prepaid label that I used my phone for them to scan and they charged me for this. It was only a $1 but seems pretty ridiculous to charge you. So print label at home if you don't want them to charge you a dollar. read more

Requested my ralph lauren package be delivered to this store, figured it'd be safe and also wanted to ensure I received it since I live in apartments and I'm at work most of the day. Received an email that my package was ready for pick up and a worker there by the name of Vanessa even signed off as receiving the package. I get to the store within an hour just for them to say they did not have it. I told them multiple times a worker signed off on the package not even an hour ago and I even seen vanessa herself and all they said was "it's not here". Extremely sketchy. I even spoke with ups customer service who also found it odd that a worker signed off on a package that supposedly wasn't there. Don't do business with this store. read more

He greeted the lady in front of me with a smile and by name, when it was my turn to be helped. ..he just look up and said "put your package there" and pointed to the scale...no hello, can I help you...nothing. I've had a box here for almost 20 years. If i could switch easily I would but I use it for business mail and would have to update everything. Up until now it's been a hassle I'm not willing to deal with but lately I'm just about ready to make a move. TJ & Raj are nice people but their refusal to hire anyone to work in the store has been a real challenge for me as a customer. Ashley was the young lady that worked there for a few months and, as others have said, she was a rockstar. Vanessa works the morning shift alone and can handle things on her own. She's awesome. She's a real treat to deal with and always takes care of business. Once TJ gets there it's like molasses in winter. Last two visits I was in line about 20-25 minutes just to grab a package. On both occasions people behind me left. He keeps promising to hire someone but for $14 an hour there's a lot of pressure and newbies don't last. You pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Last guy he had was there maybe a couple of months before he bailed. As a business owner you should be the first one there and the last to leave. Many times I'm waiting in line and he's in the back doing whatever he does back there while the person on the counter is overwhelmed with customers, Amazon deliveries, UPS packages and regular mail. If someone shows up needing a notary, forget about it. He's never in a rush and just plods about like he has all the time in the world. Very frustrating. TJ, hire some help or you'll lose business. The other two UPS stores in town always have at least two or three people (mostly 3) on duty at all times. Never a wait there. Might be making that switch unless things improve. They close early if they are slow so their hours on here are not accurate stay open till 7 just like you say or update your hours on line people work and get off early to make it here on time to get their package And your closing early ?!!!! After one of my packages was not delivered I got a ups slip saying my package would be at this store I called the next day (Saturday ) and asked if they could verify my package was there they told me they were to busy to help me .... Ok the policies in this place suck! They charge u $5 to re-print a shipping label! Their own label! How stupid! I even just emailed one to them which would only require them to print in on a plain letter piece of paper and they still wanted to charge me $5! How stupid is that?! I went to this store because AT&T told me to send back my old modem. My modem came with a huge BELKIN backup battery. UPS told me that AT&T doesn't want it....So what am I suppose to do with it??? I guess I will use it as a door stop..idk. Anyways there were two people working, one doing a passport and the other handling packages. No acknowledgment when you walk in the door. I waited 10 minutes until the employee was done. In that 10 minutes, 3 people came in and decided they didn't want to wait. To bad I had too, else I would've went somewhere else. I'm not really sure why people are giving this place such low reviews. I own a fairly small business and I come here to get most of my letters and packages mailed out on a weekly basis.
