This store is the most inefficient one I've ever visited! So much worse than the US Post Office. Just awful.

Horrible customer service. I have used their service in the past for over 2 years now. Spent 100 of dollars over time and dropped off a lot of packages to ship. Today I was told by Steven that he needs to charge me for a small piece of tape to tape up the box I brought in. Yes a small piece not the whole is all I needed. Also there was a request by me for a little amount of peanuts to be put in the box. I mean very little, so little that I didn't want to spend money on the big bag he was trying to sell me instead. Every time I have gone to ANY Postal Annex or even a FED-EX, they never charged me for the little service items. Mind you it isn't about the money, it is the lack of customer service and appreciation that we are even giving them the business. There is to much competition for poor customer service. Please avoid this location if you need customer service. read more

I went into this UPS Stpore to ship a package. I'm a commercial customer so I priint my own labels. I was out of UPS Next day Air boxes so I asked the clerk for a small and a medium box (our insurance company requires 2 boxes). These Self Sealing boxes are free from UPS to the end user and to the UPS store. Whether we use them or not we all pay for them in the price UPS charges us to ship packages. The Clerk and then the manager told me they had no UPS Express boxes. They both said would be happy to sell me one or two. Of course, we'd have to buy tape as well. Nice If we're paying for the box in the cost of shipping why would we want to pay extra for boxes and tape? We wouldn't but the store, not satisfied with the money it gets from UPS for accepting a package, wants the up-sale. Free enterprise works both ways guys. We went to a nearby Postal Annex who happily sent our package. read more

I just had them make a banner for my son's deployment party. I simply emailed them what I wanted on it and asked them to design it. Great communication quickly sent me proofs of everything they had done and made changes when I changed my mind about some things. They did an AMAZING job! I rarely use a UPS store to drop off non UPS packages but i had one USPS prepaid package to drop off too and guess what? it is missing. although I was given a drop off receipt and USPS did their investigation stating "the package was never scanned into their possession the store refuses to take responsibility for this obviously stolen package from their store. Consumers beware management says "they are not responsible for any USPS packages" in their possession. The package was obvious cell phone retur to my carrier so now I'm out $800 read more

Been coming here almost everyday for many years. They are always friendly, prompt and helpful. Sometimes they get busy with things like notary or custom packing orders etc.., but i pick my hours when less busy and I'm usually in and out of there pretty quick. They always seem to try their best. That's all i can hope for right? I'm thankful we can trust them to receive my mail and packages. There has been issues a couple of times with missing items, but its always been due to delivery mix up or delivery errors during transit. I stopped getting things delivered at home because of many missing things in the past or signature requirements that I often wouldn't be able to provide. For me, this is the best setup. read more

Most amazing customer service ever! Jaimie was so sweet. I came in very sad and frustrated that the eBay item i sold would cost me $43 in shipping versus the $15 the buyer paid. She right away sympathized and let me know she was going to take care of me. She cut my box in half and it only took 2 minutes. She repackaged it and everything. In the end it was cheaper to go with usps because of the prepaid label but she didn't mind. She was just happy that she helped me out! She didn't charge me for cutting the box or anything. You have a lifelong customer Jaimie! What you did today saved me $50! read more

I've had to use this place several times now to send a quick fax or to send a package. It's not my first choice for UPS stores in town but it's much closer to my house, so I do use it from time to time. read more

I don't use UPS much but I used UPS to deliver a check 2-day delivery on 12/8/2020 . The check was lost. Called the UPS Store, UPS corporate and used the UPS website to track the package. On 12/11 the package was still not delivered and I could not get anyone to respond to my calls or messaging, so I went into the store on 12/12. The Manager, William Harley was not in that day but the person at the counter said she would have him call me on Monday 12/14. No call. I called back into store 12/15 spoke with Mr Harley. He said he could not file a claim but would call me back on 12/15 with more info. Again no call. After the holidays I went back into the store on 1/4/2021 to try to file a claim. At this time even though it has been a month, Mr Harley could not give anything to confirm he would file the claim. Said he would call me with claim info tomorrow. We will see.... I am out $37.08 for the 2 -day letter and $54.93 in interest for the check being late. Had to resend the payment. I was told that there was $100 insurance included in the delivery price but I guess this does not cover lost checks??? As a note... When you go in the store it is a mess and unorganized. There are boxes stacked everywhere. I would not trust this store to handle my package and I am surprised that UPS allows a store to handle their packages with such lack of organization and professionalism. My next package is going to the Postal Annex. read more

Brein made a banner for my son's birthday and it turned out so good! I got lots of compliments on it and of course my son loved it too!

I use the store to receive my mail and packages. They do a great job with that. I have used their service to print a file I e-mail to them but they charge to receive a e-mail so then I downloaded it to a flash drive they charge to use a computer? to print a couple of pages it cost $4 to $5 so I do not use them for this anymore, it seems petty when it cost 7 to 10 cents to print a page elsewhere. I have used them to ship and package they do well there, oh yeah the notary is great too. read more

I love this place. It has become my go to place for shipping and faxing and I Iove the new printing equipment they have. Don't know if it's under new ownership but the store is very clean looking at well taken care of since the last time I was here Not like it was before. The tall dude that works there is knowledgeable about packing. I was amazed how he quickly packed a very odd shape package . Everywhere I went they could not find a box for the thing I was shipping. I have used this UPS Store location before, but the service today was terrible. I brought in some items to pack and send a care package to one of my children. The girl doing the packing never bothered to tape the bottom of the box, so when she picked it up everything fell out onto the floor. She and her coworker laughed about it in front of me, threw everything back into the box and taped it shut....so careless and such a lack of customer service I was astonished. I ended up just taking everything back home to pack it myself and ship from the Post Office....I need to check and see what's broken and smashed because I'm sure something is. But they still managed to charge me $6 for the box! No filler, no packing peanuts, no nuthin. A medium sized box that they cut to fit the contents so it's not like I can even use it again. I am so annoyed at this moment. I will never use this UPS store again. I will give my business to the Post Office. read more

I have been a customer for a few months and I am pleased with their service. I always get my first class mail on time and same day email notifications when a package is delivered at their location. I do a lot of online shopping, the volume of packages delivered at their location is high and have never lost one! I was in your store for over 30 minutes. After being there twice and was told i could ship and given a price to ship the chair. Your reply to me, and i quote sorry and i wish it was something i can do. You left me there and took your other employer in the back to do some work. You never said anything else to help me, but, tell me we just bought the store. You knew i was in a bad position to ship this chair, because of your store. Not once did you say, let me make some calls. Once again , you left me there and the last words, were from the man at the counter, and i quote again, he said can i help you with anything else, and i replied with NO and i would never come back to this store and tell your boss that!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This UPS Store is recently under new ownership. Unfortunately, the transition hasn't been seamless! I drove up to the store this afternoon at 3:55 PM to see the gentleman locking the door. Their sign states they are open until 4:00 PM. He came and unlocked the door, and asked me if it was just a drop-off. Sadly for him it wasn't! I needed to purchase postage. He said he had already closed the system. I have been a good customer of this UPS store for several years. Now I will go out of my way to ship from somewhere else. I REALLY miss the previous staff!
