I needed to get a few packages taped up prior to taking them to the counter and they had plenty of room for me to spread out and do so. When I was ready to ship the employee at the counter was very friendly and ensured my boxes were secured with enough tape. Definitely a location I would visit again if needed.

I have to say that every time I come to this establishment, only employees are extremely friendly and helpful and whatever I might need. I realize after reading some of the reviews that there was problems with the previous owner and he was very, very sharp with people and antagonized some of them when they were looking for a little helping, addressing their needs, but I can attest that every employee that works in this shop goes above and beyond to assist their customers. I would highly recommend anyone that's looking to ship a package via a UPS store come to this location if it is in your area and you are looking for a nice friendly relationship with a business.

I am planning a wedding and had a faux pas with my invitations from another vendor. I needed printing immediately on my inner envelopes, but had a difficult paper material and color to print on. In a tizzy, I called SO many other printing companies, to which everyone said, "No, we can't help you," for one reason or another (they don't help with invites they didn't do...or can't print on that envelope, etc.). When I called Ruth, she was on her way out for a vacation. She said she didn't think she could print on my envelopes, but "come in and I'll give it a try - you seem stressed about this." I came in, she gave it her best, although we weren't actually able to print. This upcoming week, it is time to send out my 2nd round of invitations, so I reached back out to Ruth to help printing on my outer envelope. I only had just enough envelopes. She told me to come in and she would help. She took so much care to ensure she didn't create any errors with the envelopes I had and she did such a FANTASTIC job. I can't express my gratitude for her efforts throughout this process. Otherwise, her store is so cute and she has very nice cards, cardstock, and little nicknacks for gifts. Once the invitations were sent, 8/93 invitations were incorrectly addressed with "Mr." and "Mrs.". When I called the owner, Ruth to ask about this, she shouted at me on the phone and refused to make the change, claiming it was my fault for this error. This is after I had a back and forth with a detailed excel spreadsheet, per her request. Unprofessional, would not recommend.
