Does this place hire bunch of imbeciles? I've been here twice and twice their system randomly goes down around 6:30, so they can't scan QR CODES FROM AMAZON. All of a sudden when it comes to closing time their system stops scanning wow. When asked why they can't scan or why all of a sudden they can't scan QR code their response was "because were almost closing our system doesn't scan QR it's down". This store was my store to coke ship stuff not anymore I'll skip this crappy store. read more

Maria at this location went above her customer service. It was VERY IMPORTANT. I had to get some documents faxed to my credit card provider. I had some challenges because of no wifi available. Maria stepped outside the front door, retrieved the necessary documents downloaded, emailed to the UPS store location & faxed to my credit card provider. I took up a lot of her time. I went to return an item that needed to be returned TODAY. As you can see from the store front hours of operation. This business should have been open until 5:30pm. On my time stamp it us 5:15pm. They were closed. So we will now be charged for returning this item late. Thank for nothing. read more

The young guy working there this Saturday 3/25/23 was great considering he was alone with a line out the door. Shocked his managers had no support for him on a busy day. The line moved SLOW, if ppl don't have their info ready to go or can't work their phone fast for info retrieval pls have a cheat sheet ready and give it to the worker, TRUST, everyone behind you will appreciate it. You know who you are. They do have envelopes ,boxes, stationery supplies and tons of tapes. Also, the inside is super tiny bring your mask cuz you'll be inhaling many ppls breath otherwise . Best wishes and again the guy was cool like a cucumber but he needs more help from his manager. read more

I came here to get something notarized. At 3:50pm the line was out the door. I went to the bank first, came back maybe 15 mins later and yay no line, at least not outside. Had to wait for the notary guy but that only took a few minutes. It was $15 for notary, $1.50 for color copy. Easy and convenient and I think the price is pretty standard. read more

I shipped high end audio gear using this location. My package never made it on the ups truck. 6 weeks later the owner is giving me the run around. Claiming they need additional paperwork when they already have the paperwork and have been given the paperwork several times the owner is very unprofessional. I'm out a lot of money, my seller rating took a hit because of this. I still do not have my money and now this guy claims he's going to be leaving the country for one month. If I don't get my money before you leave the country when you get back, you will have a lawsuit waiting for you. read more

This review is for Hinsel. This man is rude and unprofessional I don't know how he's managed to own the store. He does not know how to speak with a customer. This was my second encounter with him being rude and unprofessional. I had QR codes being scanned and processing at the store he told me that I have too many returns and his line is long with customers. How is this my problem? I don't care how long your line is or how many customers you have. It's my turn and I will process my returns until I am Complete with my entire returns. Instead of standing in the middle of the store being useless her behind the counter and start ringing up other customers and helping the rest of the staff. You're inefficient.... useless. I will make sure corporate hears this as well. He deserves zero stars. read more

Aw man, does this place need an upgrade in many areas. The one thing I noticed when I walked in was the filth. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, and there was trash everywhere. Also, their customer service skills are sub-par at best. The cashier had an attitude, and I'm not sure why. I also noticed they only had 2 workers and there was 6 people in front of me. They should consider increasing it to 3 especially during the holidays. The store itself needs an upgrade - better lighting, brighter walls. This place looks depressing and its employees do, too. read more
