However, the owner's wife is not fluent in English or Eng not being her first language. Simple requests are misunderstood; as she went ahead and proceeded with printing more copies or item I didn't ask for, the interaction with the owner's wife is domineering and emotionally-fueled. I felt like I didn't have a choice as a customer. I asked for 1 print of 1 picture only to be told that I requested for multiple. Communication is overly-complicated and long when asked simple question such as "exact cost per print this size?" "Just one" "I'll be right back" (as I had to email and look thru files). I don't mind paying for $5 or more. Go for the millennial's employees for help for an uncomplicated, smooth, say-less experience. And to avoid confusion and unnecessary conflict due to mistranslation (English not being owner and owner's wife language). I will have to look for a new-print shop for a chill, non-emotional, logical, simple shopping experience; or show up and seek specific employees for help while avoiding owner's wife.

However, I recently tried to order a product for my business and due to the specificity of the item needed per corporate rules, the signage needed to look a certain way. I asked for an edit and was sent the same image that I received the first time. MMP charges $80 for every round of edits after the first request, and I let them know that I appreciated their time but since the item had to have a specific look I was going to go through a different vendor. They wrote back saying that I wasted their time and never to order from them again. I was pretty surprised because I don't know of anyone that is going to pay for products that they Know are either not what they need, or in my case, unsuitable for use and lead to fines and fees from my company. I also don't know why I would add $80 over and over to my tab for rounds of edits, when they could simply attempt to get it right the first few times. I am taking their advice and will never use them again due to their absolute garbage attitude.

I love that it's got most everything you'd need, but small enough that you get that extra personal touch that one just can't take for granted these days. He assured me he could print what I needed in time and was so easygoing throughout the whole process and made sure I was happy with the final product. He met me at a convenient location so I could see a proof before going to full print, then went and did a super fast print of everything and it all turned out so wonderfully. I recently visited this FedEx location and I had a great experience!…read more There are no FedEx Office locations close to my home, but this one is right off I5 and they have a parking lot, so it was easy to get to. I had to ship my record player back to the manufacturer. I had a shipping label to use, but I didn't have any packing materials. I was going to buy a box, bubble wrap, and packing materials to save money, but I decided to just let FedEx take care of it. This location had two workers and no customers in the lobby (but I was there in the middle of the day on a weekday). One of the workers greeted me immediately and started helping me. I basically gave him the record player and he recommended an appropriate box to use in order to ensure the product was shipped safely. He was extremely professional and I trusted his advice. I had to pay for the packing materials, but I thought it was reasonably priced. Also, I didn't have to wait for them to finish packing everything up, which was good since I needed to get back to work. I would definitely come here again.

Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a laptop and a printer…read more- their local rep sold me the wrong ink cartridge and I could not print anything. I called but the person on the phone was completely unsympathetic and very short with me - said I would need to contact the printer manufacturer, which I did (took nearly an hour to reach a live body) but the upshot is Office Depot sold me the wrong cartridge. When I got the correct product info from the mfg rep I went back to Duffas Despot and was met by a confrontational sales rep who charged me for the correct cartridge. What a disgusting experience. I'll never shop there again, despite having an Office Depot Preferred Customer status. Eff that. They're less than useless.
