This is my go to UPS Store! Have been a regular customer since they opened and service is always great. The team is friendly and efficient. There's parking And they open at an earlier hour which I so appreciate especially on work days. Check them out! read more

This team is so helpful! Twice I have been helped by Stuart Low behind the counter who goes out of his way to make your visit easy and smooth- he offers all the ways that this location can help achieve your goals and does it happily and fast while attending to each person entering the facility. I can't say enough praise for how he embraces customer service and his respect for the business! read more

I've never not had quick and great service. This has always been my go-to ups store. Thank you guys!

Horrible Horrible Horrible! I was a regular customer enjoyed the employees as well as the Manager Roger Low up until recently 2/23/26. I returned an item back in January 2026 and provided a UPS label when one of the employees didn't scan it after he boxed it up. He some how scanned an Amazon package. And now my item is in another state. I had been pleasant and patient with them and have been dealing with this nightmare for over a month. Roger the Manager got nasty with me so I hung up on he. He refuses to look at the cameras and refuses to acknowledge it's their error instead he's pointing the mistake at Amazon and the boxing company where my gloves were supposed to go. I highly disgusted with him, his attitude and that store for not owning up to their error and putting it off on someone else. I will no longer go to that store EVER!! My mistake was not watching the new employee scan my label and watch him box it shut. Thats my error. I accept responsibility for that. But Roger Low your wrong on how you treated me and not accepting responsibility this is your error!! Not Amazon or the boxing company it's yours!! Your store made the mistake not me. Treat loyal customers better!!! read more

My favorite UPS store. The owner seems very enthusiastic every time I go in, and all staff seem friendly and eager to help. To add on that this location accepts Amazon returns helps so much as there's ample parking and it's each to pop in quickly. This location has PO Boxes too. read more

Outstanding customer service. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I have a closer UPS location but I go to this one instead because they are so nice and accommodating with returns and shipments. Highly recommend read more

I had a critical document to send overnight and telephoned ahead whether they would be able to handle it. The owner told me they could and that he would personally wait for me and hold the UPS truck, which he thought would arrive any minute. This was still fully within their hours of operation, not staying open late or anything. Our offices are very close and I arrived there 7 minutes later; however the owner had vanished, the UPS truck had come and gone, and I was materially harmed by his broken promise. read more

Wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this store, don't give them business as they will be very rude and inconsiderate. Forgot to mute themselves on phone and heard them talking crap about my question. Very disrespectful especially for someone who has a cognitive issue. Be respectful and people would respect you. Rude owner. Wish I could give zero stars. Go to the other UPS! read more

This is our PO Box location but it is so much more! The team here is excellent; they embody the concept of Customer Service! They always greet us with a smile, know our names and helps target the best shipping options when we need that service. I can't recommend them enough! read more

The service here is great! The sales associate helped me find a box in ample time and even taped it. I was really appreciative of their speedy service and array of packing materials. read more

Roger was Excellent at helping us get out of a jamb. He went above and beyond and and made our visit to the store exceptional. Firstly, he stored our luggage for us at a very reasonable cost. Secondly, he allowed me to unpack one suitcase (it had a broken zipper) and repack on the floor of the store. Thirdly, he discarded my old damaged luggage saying "no problem, I'll take it to the dumpster out back"! Truly, he did everything in his power to accommodate us, including using the stores scale to weigh our luggage to be sure we could meet the 50# limit. Thanks again, Roger!! read more

The owner of this store has spoken demeaningly to me in the past. Today he belittled his employee --- who've I've had GREAT service from -- in front of several customers. When I called the owner out on being demeaning to his employees he shrugged and said "I know." What. An. Asshole. UPS outlets are owner/operated. Better to support another branch. read more

I sent a package to Olympia to a home in housing development with a locked storage area for deliveries. This area is used by USPS. The package was delivered to the front porch instead of the locked area and was stolen. I called the UPS store I sent it from to determine the UPS policy with regard to using locked storage areas. (I tried UPS customer service but got nowhere with their chat.) My question was, "Does UPS follow the same procedures as USPS?" I needed this information to decide if I should use UPS in the future. The answer: "I don't know, we're a franchise." So the franchise knows nothing about UPS policies. I will use fedex or USPS from now on. read more

Seeing the passive-aggressive reply of the owner, Roger, I think the lacking in his customer service skills is very clear. They didn't even address my primary concern of wasting my time giving me a taped up incorrect receipt. I mirror his advice, go to one of the other locations within a mile of here. read more

I really love the patience and kindness of the crew at this location. I'd had mixed service at another and had been going all the way to Aurora. As I get older, my executive function with the Modern World is challenging. It's depressing. So- thanks especially to Jay, Alena and Hannah [?]. read more

I was having trouble getting my code from my Amazon account ( prime member) I was assisted by someone who was rude to me.She was bold said I should come better prepared...excuse me? I waited in line and it was my turn don't start taking care of another customer when it was my turn.RUDE!!! read more

I can't believe I'm writing a review for a UPS store, but that's how wonderful it is here. Roger, the owner, is usually who you'll deal with. He is kind, funny, fast, and helpful. So is any other associate I've encountered. I look forward to coming to ship or return here. I used to dread the UPS in Ballard as every person there was rude, snarky, and generally going out of their way to make experiences negative. I'm thrilled that this UPS has the best customer service, easy parking, and a great vibe. read more

Big shoutout to Hannah for saving the day!! Hannah was extremely helpful in the passport process and ensured we doubled checked the details catching we had the incorrect mailing address. She was patient and king throughout the entire process and we could have not done it without her. The entire store helped us and we couldn't be more thankful. read more

Very friendly and helpful with packing and shipping items that we purchased on vacation.

I just dropped off 32 amazon return packages and the process took me 1.25 hours (because of amazons labels whoa) but Tatum helped me maintain my cool. She multitasked helping me and anyone that came in after me and was so pleasant the whole time. Ten outta 10 would recommend. Thank you!!!! read more

I absolutely love this UPS store. Roger seems to be the staff member that always helps me and he's just incredible. He is always super friendly and goes out of his way to not only help with anything but also to great my pup and give her a treat. This UPS store is really lucky to have Roger working here. He is one of those employees that makes you keep going to this particular location just because of the exceptional service he provides . I highly recommend this UPS location. read more

Super friendly, fast and really helpful. The staff go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. The only UPS store I'll go to!

Needed some help printing some flyers. The computer wouldn't turn on and the man behind the counter just shrugged his shoulders. I waited in line just like the other customers shipping packages. This was disappointing. read more

Shout out to Jay, who took my sullen teen's passport photo and then took it again the next day when I didn't want to risk sending in a picture with bangs over the eyebrows. Patient, understanding, and encouraging. Thanks! read more

I'm surprised to find myself writing a review about the UPS store, but a great location, with ample parking, and super helpful folks working while maintaining all the safety guidelines is worth writing about! I've rarely had to wait in a line, even with social distancing, and, when I have, often someone will come assist me with my packages. It's fast, easy, friendly, and safe. read more

Great service! I was bringing in a lot of boxes. While trying to balance them from my car to the store, the owner held the door open for me when he saw me. It was such a nice courtesy. Since then I have come in a few times and each time was easy, fast, and staff were friendly and efficient. read more

Made some returns today and Roger was by far the friendliest UPS store working I've ever come across! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars read more

This is a fantastic business. The man behind the counter who appears to be in charge is incredibly friendly and service oriented. You will leave the store with a big smile on your face. He cares about his store and makes you feel very special. He takes the time needed to solve your needs and is makes you feel special. The store is very clean and welcoming and shows the pride that the folks have in their business. Easy parking, too. Great place! read more
