How is there 3-4 people :"working", but 10+ people in line waiting at the door? 2 of the workers were just standing there doing absolutely nothing. I was in line for almost 30mins and by the time I got to the front of the line, it was a 10 second drop off. They should have a separate line for quick drop offs.

They've even tabbed a couple of my package fees for a later date. One star for cost of service and products. $45 for 3 months of a PO box just big enough for regular envelopes and the very smallest of packages. Fair enough and surely worth it at a place where the folks appear to care. Another plus is that they don't begin to charge extra fees on your packages unless you leave them there unclaimed for weeks. But I would try to limit how many packages you receive and do *all* of your shipping elsewhere... That JFK silver coin you bought on eBay that weighs a couple ounces? Yeah, that'll be $1 to pick up. That shirt you bought for your wife? That's $2.25. Anything over a pound? $3.75, pal. You need a manila envelope? $1.50 You want to mail that $11.35 flat rate USPS Priority box here? That will be $20. That $2 certified mail for your manila enveloped documents? That's gonna be $4.50... I guess this is what we have to look forward to with our local US Post Offices as the entire system goes bankrupt and gets privatized. Just don't expect the same level of courtesy.

Other than this, coming to this location can be challenging due long wait lines. Also, not a big fan of the shopping center that this Postal Annex is located in. However, this location is has been the closest to my home for all my mail and package drop off needs. There's the same three staff that usually work at this location (1 male and 2 female). They're proficient, communicative and knowledgeable. They're good. The store has two entrances. Thank goodness. The place is small and can be congested inside when there are too many customers waiting in line. Sometimes, the line will end up extending itself outside the door way. Still not the best area due to delivery driver(s) utilizing same door space to enter and exit. More congestion. Nonetheless, staff make it work. There's been times I've left due to long lines and I end up going elsewhere.

Today though, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rakiyan and she was incredible. I am pretty sure I left the N off of her name in the store. I am so sorry. Rakiyan was so incredibly helpful in a tense co-parenting situation. The level of assistance and helpfulness was so appreciated. She assisted with the notary for our son's passport application and even helped us locate the correct form online. Shoutout to above and beyond customer service. This location has not been my UPS location of choice, mainly convenience, but I will certainly come to this location first because the interaction with the team today was amazing.
