It is a really small UPS Store being 'inside' a small pharmacy. They only had one employee working the counter and since it is so small it may never have more than one, even on a very busy day like the day after Christmas. Even with only one person things weren't slow if all you have is an Amazon return. They had a ton of boxes for return and were running out of room. So if you go be prepared to wait a little due to staffing. I can't speak for the shipping costs as all we had was a return. Glad to have this little store in the neighborhood for our Amazon returns.

When I got home, I ran into an issue with the photo and reached out by email. Within minutes, Anna responded warmly, offering a reshoot or a refund. And then she went a step further--she personally edited the original photo and sent me updated versions that worked perfectly.
