Excellent Customer Service by Angelica. I came in to mail a care package for my BFF who's visiting daily his Spouse who's in the hospital ICU unit. She was Incredibly Professional, deeply Caring and Compassionate. Her kind words and genuine positivity meant the absolute world to me. She went above and beyond & she is a Tremendous Asset to this 20079 Stone Oak Pkwy location! Both Gals working there today were smiling and so nice She helped with my items in a bubble wrap envelope and made it smaller for cost efficiency read more

They just are quite curt. I'll find another location. I was upset about something/ called back to apologize and the person was still curt.

I have been coming to this UPS location for years and years to drop off packages for UPS for the post office for Amazon and all of a sudden today they told me they were going to charge me a dollar to drop off a USPS package when all they have to do is take it from me put it in a bin and then let the post office come pick it up but they want to charge a dollar, no thank you. That's just unacceptable. Shame on your UPS! read more

Asked to scan a document so I can have digital copy and they said they don't know if they do that . The website says you do but I'll take it to fedex instead . read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have no people skills they act like they're doing you a favor. This was the second time I've tried doing business with them and it just got worse. read more

I went to this location to mail pictures I picked up an envelope that they had for sale, the girl Angelica said she could recommend packaging I declined and used what I picked up her mood instantly shifted she started playing in her hair ask a question then cut me off when I start speaking. If I didn't need to send the pictures off in a timely manner I would've walked out. I didn't feel valued or welcomed as a customer. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

This is my go to ups store! I absolutely hate the one off the 281. This location has way better customer service and definitely way faster than any other location I've been to. My only complaint is there's hardly parking it's always so packed in this shopping center but still even that is not a big issue. read more

I came to the UPS Store to ship a suit for a friend. This was my first time bringing an item that I didn't already have packaged. Overall I would say it was a great experience. Although the woman working the counter didn't seem extremely enthusiastic, she got the job done quickly and efficiently. Given that we were shipping the item all the way to the Northeast, the price of $35 shipping to arrive in just 5 days seemed very reasonable. The price of packing the item was $10 on top of that. We did seem to arrive at the perfect time as we had no wait. However, when we were leaving there was a rather long line forming. So, I'd say make sure to plan accordingly for the random bursts of people that arrive. read more

The UPS Store - Outside of store - Shipping Centers Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I love how close we are to this UPS store! Pros - They make it so easy and fast to return things from Amazon - They take precaution to put tape on the floor 6 feet apart - awesome location, other stores to browse or eat at nearby - So far everyone that's helped me has been fast, efficient and friendly Cons - It can get quite busy making parking a little challenging here. Sometimes it can be a pain to get out of the parking lot read more

This store opens at 9am on Saturdays- manned by one lone young girl. She was trying her hardest to help with the job I came in for but the line was to the door and she was frazzled. She said the other employee was late -when she called the late employee- the employee was "stopping for a drink"- busy employee asked for a Red Bull. Several customers walked out in frustration. This place has always been a "go to"- however they need to find employees with a good work ethic or have the owner open the shop. Late employee strolled in at 9:30ish looking disheveled with Funions in his hand! read more

Customer service reigns supreme and I'll continue to come to the UPS Store for any shipping, packaging, and faxing needs. read more

Love this UPS Store! Kat recommended custom packing for my art work, explained the added declared value, which I gladly purchased!! ....then she helped me notice the simple line of text just under Amazon's QR code indicating "No Box No Label" or "Customer Packed." I purchased a standard pack from Kat and she took care of my "customer packed" Amazon return. ... zipping off...see ya soon...!!! read more

Paid $95 to have medication shipped overnight to Calgary. Not a difficult task, for anyone remotely competent. Unfortunately the regular person didn't help my wife, and required paperwork was not completed and the shipment was held in customs. Sadly this is par for the course in San Antonio. If someone is handing international shipments he/she needs to understand the requirements. read more

Jallen is the man!!! huge help with an issue that I was having. I will be using this store from here on out

This location is by far my favorite UPS locations to take my business to. I drive 40 minutes (past other locations) simply because the staff (David Z specifically) are so helpful and take the time to know each and every customer. Well worth the drive! Thank you David and the rest of your team read more

This store is constantly busy - they greet customers with class and professionalism, even when they are treated poorly for things outside their control due to regulations. I'm here on a weekly basis and always receive first class service from David and the staff. They go above and beyond to help with my needs and have watched their interactions with others providing excellent assistance. They follow the appropriate guidelines as required to ensure packages and mail arrive safely. Love this store! read more
