I do not understand the bad reviews... I have been using this location for the many services they provide and I have always had a positive experience. Yes there are times that the line is long but that is usually the customers not being ready or having everything they need prior to going up. You cannot blame the location for UPS changing policies and the like. Since their store remodel I think it's even easier to drop and ship items. The people there are pleasant and are always very helpful, even when you get up there and you can't find the code for an Amazon return! Great customer service and very helpful! read more

I actually prefer to right a good review and hate having to a poor service review but I concur with the previous post I read on this site . I remembered today why I stopped coming here years ago! Just two weeks ago I started to come back since it's our neighborhood location ! Well, I rather drive farther and receive quality friendly service! Every-time I go in this location they never speak they just look at you a barley say can they help you. Today Jessie didn't even say one word during our transaction not hello not bye just handed my ticket and turned away ! I'm sure Amazon give them good business in addition to the community supporting them therefore their attitudes should reflect the generosity of those they serve their customers!!!! This is definitely one of the most unfriendly none inviting UPS atmosphere I have ever in my life been in! If you don't like customers or customer service then you shouldn't work at the counter ! That goes for the other young man with red hair as well. You'll definitely would have an issue if you went somewhere an business establishment and the employees served you in the same manner you serve your customers no greeting nothing but a blank face you wouldn't appreciate that type of service either especially when you paying . They tried to upcharge me like crazy! Tried to charge 17 dollars for a 0.8 ounce package. Told them to get me the bare cheapest price I don't care if it takes a month to get there and that was their offer. Then after I said something they tried to charge me 6 dollars, and add 2.49 for an envelope. I had already put my stuff in an envelope. They were literally going to put an envelope on an envelope. Enough said, won't be going back. Edit: replying to the business. I was involved actually, I'm the son in question. I find the response somewhat unprofessional for a manager or business owner, but I understand. Although we have had similar incidents more commonly recently. If you want me to change the review make sure that the prices offered when you ask for the lowest are the lowest you have. I also very clearly said I want the very cheapest with no timeframe to get there. Nothing fancy give me the bare bones cheapest, I think that's pretty clear. Also, I was not asked if I needed tracking that I recall, although it wouldn't have made a difference. Cheapest means cheapest not cheapest with a few extras.... Arguing with the customer definitely won't make them go back and change the review whether you are right or not. As a manager I would expect a different response. read more

I live near HWY 151 and every UPS Store near me is HORRIBLE. I'm not sure what the low ratings are about. This store is 15 miles away from me and if I'm in the area, I prefer to give them my business. In my case, the people were attentive, respectful and courteous. One of the worst around. Won't accept even a moderate sized package for USPS. Even though it fits in the bin and the bin is empty. Or will try and charge you a dollar to leave a package unless you have a PO box. And then charged me $10.50 for a 14x14x14 box. You can't buy bubble wrap off the roll and instead must buy a crappy small 4ft roll for 12.99. Boerne ups doesn't do any of this. read more

I was complaining about your horrible treatment of customers, not about your store being closed. Your staff is rude. The door was open, and people were inside. Instead of professionally informing me "Sorry, the store is closed" or that the registers were closed, he screamed blame at me for walking through an open storefront doorway then yelled at me to get out of the store! People accidentally walk into closed stores or do other things inconvenient to store clerks all the time, yet your store is uniquely legendary for treating customers like dirt. Here is hoping one day you stop trying to malign everyone unhappy with you and ask yourself why so many people feel this way. read more

UPDATE..... replying to owners comment; It appears that the misunderstanding is that UPS changes its policy from store to store because as I stated above the next one took it quickly and it's returned without issue!! Also, I took the paper from him after presenting my hand for him to give it back for quite a bit while he ADMONISHED ME, may have been "calm"to him but it wasn't the tone is was the scolding and this time in front of a customer who clearly heard him treating me like a two year old!! He didn't plan to return my slip until I got his full lecture!! Obviously calling you would solve nothing as you have made up your mind that I deserved to be scolded! Very friendly and customer service oriented! Went here to have an important document faxed. The establishment adheres to Covid-19 safety measures as staff were wearing masks and have floor signs encouraging social distancing. I was promptly greeted and serviced by a very friendly and attentive young man. The price is reasonable and they charge for faxing per page. They provide a fax confirmation sheet. Came to this UPS Store to send a package overnight. The gentleman helping me was a bit slow in getting information into the system but was very courteous. I had to repeat all the I information several times. When I was looking at the T&C's it said that UPS was not the carrier. I asked the same gentleman helping me, who is the carrier if its not UPS? A loud employee next to his register buts in and answers the question even though he is serving his own customer. He sais it could be UPS or the Post Office. I stated I wish I would have known that, but ok. Now he goes on in an argumentative tone and said "well you can cancel it." I told him no, Im good. Then he keeps on like he is picking a fight. He restates "you can cancel it". Now he starts digging in and keeps repeating that I can cancel it. I told him no again. He was literally trying to start something. He keeps on, then he says "well, you are a PAIN IN THE ASS". I was utterly shocked that an employee who is instigating an argument would even say that. Not once did I ask him any questions, he interjected 100%. Either he has an issue with women or has a chip on his shoulder. I asked to speak to a manager, whom he apologized. Then the obnoxious employee tries to cut in again! His manager told him "not now". I will never go to that store again,though it is tbe most convenient to me. read more

I've started coming to this store out of convenience because it's the closest shipping center to my house and have continued going because they're so accommodating and easy to work with. Afarin the manager is so helpful and has continuously offered me solutions to make my constant work shipments easier on me and has figured out ways to save me a lot of time. Use these guys all the time to drop off my wife's UPS returns. I don't think I have ever spent any money in here and yet the staff is always tremendously helpful. Always quick to offer a receipt for the packages without prompting and really quick and friendly service. I used to drop off USPS here as well but totally understand they can't continue to offer that same service anymore without compensation from USPS. I guess the service depends on which employee you get. I saw a very nice gentleman notarizing documents for an older couple. He was friendly & helpful with them and the 2 people he helped afterwards. Unfortunately, I had Joey. He was unfriendly and rude. He asked me if I wanted my items boxed together- when I asked why, what was he benefit he got super defensive. He asked me to check the address on my packages, when I found that he left off the Unit# on one he seemed bothered that I asked him to correct it. Maybe Joey should find a job where he doesn't need to talk to people, clearly not his strong suit. I have been to this location before and received less than average service from the owner/manager. I will not be back again, with so many places that offer the same service I will continue to look for one where the service the service is decent. read more

I live close by this place and there is not a US Post office close by, so there have been times I have gone into here to either mail something or just drop off my mail. The man that owns this store or has the "contract" for this store is one RUDE person. I had gone in there before Christmas just to give them my "bulk" stack and they refused to take it. Said I'd be better off taking it across the street to a mail box (that was out of my way - that's why I didn't go there to begin with. So I took my mail very upset and swore I'd NEVER go back in there. Well, again - needed my daughters graduation announcements sent out and had about 15 of those and some other smaller envelopes in the stack. The young man ( not the rude owner ) took them and I said "will those go out today" and he said yes and then informs me that the smaller envelopes will need more postage because they are an "odd" size, and will be returned to me for more postage ( that's my MAIN complaint about this place . . . . the owner has taught his employees to get all they can from the customer $$$$$$$$ ) I said " funny . . . . I have already mailed some out and have not gotten them back" so I took the whole stack and said to the guy " y'all are SO difficult" When I got home later I called the US Post Office and asked what the dimensions of the smaller cards needed to be for the FORVER stamp, gave him the size of the envelopes and he said I was fine by those dimensions . . . . . My advice to whomever goes here - first . . . . watch what they try to charge you because the owner obviously wants to RIP people off for his profits. Heaven forbid you have to deal with him because he has NO idea about customer service. What a shame to be representing a GREAT company like UPS. I've seen him a couple of times dealing with other customers and he is just rude. read more

UPS Stores are usually great, but this location is horrible. Staff is rude and they no longer accept pre paid packages for USPS even though other locations do. We spend a lot of money at UPS and it was nice to be able to drop off both UPS and USPS packages at the same location. With the change in rules and poor customer service doubt this location will be open long. read more

I had to mail 2 packages, and make a copy of a 86 page document (1 sided to 2 sided) and also wanted a digital copy on my sd card. I think the customer service was excellent and the 2 employees were very busy, but kept their cool, as did the customers waiting in line.
