    They are quick and efficient. I really like the 2 Amazon self scan/drop off stations that gets me into and out quickly.

    This is my favorite location. Staff are speedy, friendly and knowledgeable. I've been going to this location for 10+ years.

    Cannot recommend renting a postal box here particularly for any letters of value. Would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

    While I have used The UPS Store in Faribault for many years, the franchise has have recently…read morechanged ownership, and not for the better. I had them package and ship a computer I was selling. The packaging was clearly inadequate with the 27" screen being protected mostly by a sheet of cardboard (!). Very little packing material was used around the computer (an all-in-one with the CPE in the monitor). Predictably, the package seems to have been dropped on its corner, shattering the screen. When I complained, I was told (a) they packaged it the way they were "told to" (b) dropping the package was the responsibility of UPS Corporate, not the franchise. So this meant (a) it was not their fault and (b) it was not their fault. Based on my previous experience with The UPS Store (under the earlier ownership) I made the mistake of not getting additional insurance. So now I am out several hundred dollars for a trashed computer and it seems that is somebody else's fault. I will not be using this service again.

    Lost part of my package and will not cover any of the cost for it. They only offered me first…read moreclass, did not offer any type of insurance for the products so I did not know it wouldn't be covered. It was $180 worth of skincare products that I am now out the money for because of them. When I called and spoke to the manager her response was I could call the post offices in the cities and see if they opened my package and found the item.

    The African American lady at the Lakeville, MN [20711 Holt Ave] USPS (there were two ladies and…read morethis one has ALWAYS refused to wear a name tag) was terribly rude to the people in front of me--the owner of Stoa's Small Engine Repair here in Lakeville, refusing to give him his package despite having the information and wearing his business outfit--and proceeded to be rude and gaslight about my package soon after. I received a text earlier today stating my package is ready to pickup. The lady did not even bat an eye before immediately stating it's a scam and tried to get the next customer in line. I told her I was expecting the package and have used USPS text messages reliably for months now. I was forced to pull up the tracking details on the USPS website on my phone before she even consider looking for it. Despite the WEBSITE AND TEXT stating it's ready for pick up since 7am at the HOLT AVE LAKEVILLE USPS LOCATION, she said she couldn't find it, now stating "It must still be on the truck". The order was specifically marked for pick-up since shipping. It was not a missed package that was later changed to pickup. I left Minneapolis early to come pick this up in time and this lady simply refused to be of any help and apparently done this to who knows how many people today. This was imperative as there was live animals in the package that I was trying to get ASAP instead of it being lost in limbo at this USPS because the lady came up with 20 different reasons why she has been unable to find this package or just simply refused to work.

    Good with the bad…read more.. Our usual mail carrier is great and does an amazing job!!!! With that being said... The actual office personnel (INCLUDING MANAGEMENT) is deplorable. We've had missing mail multiple times over the past several years. The first complaint was met with an excuse of "it was a substitute mail carrier", followed by several complaints that management telling us "we will look into the matter" but never got ANY response and we were still missing merchandise, money, and greeting cards. Good thing we still got all of our bills. Even making a complaint to the (less than a) Post Master and on the USPS website... again, with NO response or resolve. Then we found out that this Lakeville office was paid a visit from a congressional body a few years ago regarding missing mail, management and other issues... and yet, NONE of these issues have been corrected. You will find long lines at the office, incompetent managers (if they are even in the office at all) and with every excuse of why it isn't their fault for missing items through their office. If it wasn't to buy shipping supplies or providing just the basic transactions... it is not worth your time nor effort. Value... what value??? This management and this office desperately needs to be gutted and revamped to correct the deficiencies that have been ongoing for years and will continue to fester until corrected.
