I needed my iPhone 6s screen replaced and it only took 20 minutes and was relatively inexpensive $59.

I had battery for iPhone 5s replaced there. It took 10 minute even as walk-in. I had issued with…read morethe battery showing correct charge level. I went back the second day. They put another one in mi questions. It could have been defective unit. Fast service, fair price. I would go back and recommend others to this place. Keep up the good job and thanks. Every seemed fine for a day. I had the unfortunate luck of cracking my screen. I took it for replacement and ever since my phone drained the new battery in matter of hours if lightly used. Heavy use would kill it in few hours. I took it back twice, they can't find the obvious short that is causing the phone to die so fast. I would highly not recommend their service. I should have gone to the Apple Store. It is 70 miles away but it would have been worth it.

I want to put a shout out to "i.mobile.repair" here in rochester. I've been in their store 3 times…read morein the past 3 days to try and get my phone working. Each time they have installed a new screen and let me try it in store WITHOUT PAYING. My phone is truly broken so I need to buy a new phone, but i.mobile.repair saved me $100.00 by letting me try a fix before I actually bought the parts. Their prices are very close to DIY cost but you don't have to do the work. I will no longer be fixing friends phones for them. Instead I will be sending them here. Service like I received isn't common anymore. It's so uncommon that I signed up for yelp to write this positive review.

Today I needed an atypical phone repair, and I wasn't sure they'd even help me out. I had put a…read morelens protector on my camera lenses awhile back and it had a scratch on it so I attempted to remove it. But it was stuck to my phone quite firmly. In my trying to remove it, I cracked it, and finally broke it into pieces, right over the phone lens - but it still wouldn't budge. I finally did what I should have done to begin with - take it to Ubreakifix. Jay had the whole mess taken care of in a matter of minutes, without harming the phone's lenses, and at no charge. He really made my day. It was a great reminder of why we don't go anywhere else but Ubreakifix. Thanks so much, Jay! I really appreciate you!

I took my phone in yesterday after it fell into a muddy creek bed. Miraculously, the rest of the…read morephone had been working just fine after sitting in rice. The only issue I had before bringing it in was moisture on the camera lenses. I brought the phone to attempt to have the water cleaned up. When I returned to pick up my phone from this business, the tech asked if I had removed the SIM card. No, I had not touched my SIM card. He looked concerned and took my phone back. After a decent wait, a different tech came out and said the SIM was no longer working, and that the moisture damage likely slowly crept in. Sure enough, the SIM was no longer working. I ended up spending the rest of my evening buying a new phone. When I got home, my husband checked to see if the SIM card was still there. It was; however, it was completely dislodged and jammed below the SIM card holder. Again, I never removed my SIM card. Something clearly had gone wrong in the two and a half hours ubreakifix had it....yet I was told "it must be moisture damage." I am furious. My phone was working fine before I brought it in to ubreakifix. I wish I had never brought it to them. I feel like I paid $75 to have someone render my phone useless. I lost all of my contacts, messages, pictures, and videos from the last four years. No, none of my data would transfer because, since picking my old phone up from ubreakifix, the phone no longer connects to the internet or Bluetooth. I will likely need to pay another service to attempt to save my data. Needless to say, I will never use this business again, nor would I recommend anyone else use it.
