Not great, took forever to get my screen replaced, long lines too since its in the food court.

Sells cheap accessories that have been marked up by at already 25x the cost. Claims their is a warranty for accessories but one question further it was obvious he was all talk. Went to him a couple times to fix a cracked screen each time it made phone worse. I just don't trust him read more

I paid for a new screen for my iPhone but it never worked properly. I went back twice but they ignored me saying it's working fine. Would not recommend this place. Go to a more reputable store. read more

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I went in today just to look around because i had time to kill and i was basically pressured into buying a phone case and almost a watch band. It was me and 2 other customers in there and the worker started screaming at another customer in line before me just because they didn't understand the terminology he was using. Once that was over about 15 mins later i was finally able to check out and he kept telling me to come to him to get my screen fixed. I said that i will be back tomorrow to get it fixed and i don't plan on coming back. the place was dirty and sticky in some places and the case i got pressured into buying barley fits my phone. I understand silicone cases are a little more looser but i shouldn't have been made to pay almost $30 for something that might not keep my phone safe. After i paid with my card he pointed out the watch bands which i was looking at before and kept trying to get me to buy one it felt like. Overall my experience with the shop was not the best but the worker seemed like he was doing his job and doing what he was getting paid to do. read more

Worst ever! Went in to get back screen fixed and they made me feel assured that their job would be great. Service was fast only 1 hour. Got my phone back and notices a lot of glue residue which I didn't think much of. I went on with my day and an hour after I got my phone I noticed my back camera starting to get blurry. It got significantly worse and I went back in. (note they did not check to see if there was any camera problems after the fix and I understand I could've done that but not my job ) I go in and they tell me that it is not their fault and start yelling saying that it is not their business. After showing them proof of my camera working before and not after (2/3 of the cameras) they go to the one saying that it's not a problem. They also say it is not possible that they caused this issue. They said and I quote "we fixed your screen not your camera so it's not our issue) after repeatedly telling them that it was an issue caused by them the possible manager comes out yelling at me saying he has 8 years of experience and saying I do not know what I am talking about. They kept cutting me of when I asked them questions then they continue to say that I'm dumb and that I should pay them more to now fix a camera that they messed up. After showing them multiple time stamps of my phone being fine before and getting worse after they continued to yell at me until another customer comes in and then act calm and then ignore me even though I was asking them questions. After they left they went back to yell at me and after I asked for a refund and get reimbursed for the issues they caused he refused then proceeded to tell me it is my fault for dropping my phone in the first place. After asking again for a reimbursement for at least the camera they messed up ($80) he said no again and finally agreed to $50. They told me to go take my business else where and that they have many customers. They were very rude throughout this process. Never come her, not reliable and horrible staff! read more

Read the other reviews before doing business here. This place is terrible and Ersen is absolutely insane... We went here to get rid of some screen issues and the phone developed a persistent "ghost touch" afterwards. Since this was a business phone, we came back to get these issues fixed. At first, it seemed like he was dodging us but when we confronted him with our lawyer on the phone, the conversation went left. While asking about getting a full refund since the receipt was a broken contract of adhesion, he began to tell my lawyer that he was a philosopher and a billionaire. He then proceeded to say that he was "on a new level" and told us he knew 21 Savage. He also mentioned that "he could fix anything", including "our mind and our soul". This was also untrue. It felt like somebody tampered with the script of life and inserted the wrong quotes for his part. He would not give us the full refund and we did not trust him to fix the phone again since the new issues were worse than before, so we ended up leaving with a half refund. Absolute horrible horrible customer service experience. I bought a very cute colorful diamond encrusted phone case for $30 to walk out the store and realize that it has an imperfection and a break. I am mediately return with the receipt in hand and I'm told I am not able to do any returns. He then goes forward to tell me he will order me a new one to come back in three days. I return three days later to be told it's not there yet try back tomorrow. I then return the following day with no patience only to be told he's not sure where my case has gone. I leave my number and continue shopping in the mall and about 45 mins later I receive a call my case is In the store now. I've had the case less than two weeks and it is cracked and broken all around the other edge! Decently NOT WORTH $30 and four different trips to the store! I replaced my iPhone screen. He cannot put it back with the original metal support. So the new screen is very thin and broke pretty soon in 2 weeks. Will definitely not go back. read more
