In my trying to remove it, I cracked it, and finally broke it into pieces, right over the phone lens - but it still wouldn't budge. I finally did what I should have done to begin with - take it to Ubreakifix. Jay had the whole mess taken care of in a matter of minutes, without harming the phone's lenses, and at no charge. I took my phone in yesterday after it fell into a muddy creek bed. Miraculously, the rest of the…read morephone had been working just fine after sitting in rice. The only issue I had before bringing it in was moisture on the camera lenses. I brought the phone to attempt to have the water cleaned up. When I returned to pick up my phone from this business, the tech asked if I had removed the SIM card. No, I had not touched my SIM card. He looked concerned and took my phone back. After a decent wait, a different tech came out and said the SIM was no longer working, and that the moisture damage likely slowly crept in. Sure enough, the SIM was no longer working. I ended up spending the rest of my evening buying a new phone. When I got home, my husband checked to see if the SIM card was still there. It was; however, it was completely dislodged and jammed below the SIM card holder. Again, I never removed my SIM card. Something clearly had gone wrong in the two and a half hours ubreakifix had it....yet I was told "it must be moisture damage." I am furious. My phone was working fine before I brought it in to ubreakifix. I wish I had never brought it to them. I feel like I paid $75 to have someone render my phone useless. I lost all of my contacts, messages, pictures, and videos from the last four years. No, none of my data would transfer because, since picking my old phone up from ubreakifix, the phone no longer connects to the internet or Bluetooth. I will likely need to pay another service to attempt to save my data. Needless to say, I will never use this business again, nor would I recommend anyone else use it.

I sent them my 1976 Harman-Kardon 630 stereo receiver on December 28, 2018 for repair service so I could give the unit to my son for his 50th birthday. I approved the estimate and repair was done, but the unit failed during final testing and couldn't be restored to proper operation. Ordinary service centers would probably refund my original shipping and estimate costs and call it a day. But not Audiosonic Service! They offered me a replacement unit (in this case an upgrade Harman-Kardon 730), fully restored at THEIR expense! It took a lot of time and effort on their part to accomplish this, I received the 730 on August 10, 2019, but it has been worth the wait. Thank you so much, Evan and Mark!

These people don't know what they are doing and this one guy in particular has terrible customer…read moreservice skills. Let me bring you in on this. I had a sub and amp installed on 2 different vehicles, 2 different times, and needed to be fixed. The most recent was a Buick a couple weeks ago, and 2 years ago a Malibu. Both had issues with a humming sound from the sub that ruined my music and possibly could've damaged my equipment. Both times "they did nothing wrong" and this dude tried his absolute hardest to avoid any fault. I had to take them in a second day for them to fix it, a huge inconvenience AND NEITHER TIME DID THEY SAY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. With the Buick specifically (and this is why I'm never coming back) the guy I've been talking to about the humming (which would happen EVERY TIME I shut my car off, and loud enough to hear from inside my house) had the audacity to tell me he could not recreate my issue- but fixed it anyway. Implying what?! That I lied? What kind of bs is that? Every time I'd call this arrogant prick he would pick up the phone and he would try to explain somewhere that it wasn't his fault. Gave every excuse under the sun. Even saying it would shut off by itself after 2 mins (it didn't btw). And again.. NOT ONE TIME DID HE APOLOGIZE! Now watch as he lies on the reply comment. Proving my point. Surely no one else but this tubby guy with long hair can be right about anything. Tldr honestly the bad service needed to be called out. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, it won't happen for a third time.
