And then when I was helped the lady told me there was nothing they could do about it but told me it's probably the battery. But she didn't tell me what kind of battery my laptop needed?? And told me that I would need to buy the battery myself and they couldn't look it up for me or have it sent to the store. And she even tried selling me a new laptop and sounded like she did not want to be there. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed with Best Buy's geek squad and will probably never go there again for anything.
